Parked my RV very far back in the parking lot. Hadn't even made it into the store yet and security came banging on the side of my RV. As soon as I opened the door, "You can't stay here overnight! No overnight parking! You have to leave immediately!!" There was no "Hi. Are you shopping or were you planning to stay overnight?" or any friendliness or any conversation, just yelling. Had arrived, taken the dogs out after a long drive, rested a moment (my mother is 86), was making a shopping list, and BANG! BANG! BANG! So unnecessary. Needless to say, we left and shopped elsewhere. The security guy even said to be sure to take care of that poo bag just under the RV--as if I picked it up and bagged it just to leave it in the parking lot. Like I said, we hadn't had time to finish our shopping list, much less unlock the basement (on the way in to shop) to store the poo bag. I understand if an establishment doesn't allow overnight parking. I have no tolerance for low-class rudeness and erroneous assumptions. We already had other overnight plans about a mile away. We ended up spending our money about a mile away also.

Swung by with my dad to get him a Covid booster yesterday. The place was being overrun by barbarians at the gate. Hordes of entitled residents swarmed about like buzzing bees, lashing out at anybody who dared cross their path. They didn't have the booster shot available for at least four weeks, which wasn't their fault but I was kind of put off by the sheer scorn dripping from the pharmacy techs voice as she told me good luck with that after I suggested we try CVS.

I made an appointment for tires last week, the tires were in stock and said they would be ready. I show up for my appointment the tires are no where to be found and they blamed me for not ordering the tires earlier. The only tires in stock were shorter than I wanted and cost 200$ more but I said go ahead and put them on after an hour of arguing and negotiating the tires were ultimately not put on because they said they didn’t have my type of lug nuts??? What kind of tire center are they running. The manager was rude even though I had booked an appointment it was my fault…go somewhere where you are appreciated spending $1000

I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM

Santa Fe and ABQ Eubank are by far the worst in Customer Service or relations. Just as bad, is the horrible crap food selection. Barely any organic products, none in Dairy. There is no Costco in Santa Fe which encourages Sam's to be this bad. Sam's ABQ makes up their own return policy without being able to prove it. Sign says if not satisfied bring it back with posted exceptions. ABQ says 14 days. The manager and staff all wear and behave gangster. Rude, ignorant.

I am updating my review of January 18, 2023. I am changing my one-star review to a 3-star review. Let me explainMy previous review was sent to the Sam's Club complaint department, the Better Business Bureau, the New Mexico Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. At the bottom of each complaint, I put the initials of the other groups and agencies that received the same complaint. After sending my complaint to Sam's Club Complaint department with the various other agencies listed at the bottom, it got the attention that I was looking for. Now keep in mind, I tried to use management at the store to solve this issue, but they refused. With my complaint sent to corporate, the person was very helpful. She sent a copy to her superiors and to the store manager. The store manager was to contact me within 2 business days. Since he did not do this, I contacted the complaint department again and they got on it. I received a call from the store manager the following day. He was pissed and argumentative. After some time of this, I took the conversation away from the argument and to the solution that I wanted. I got him to agree with my demands of allowing me to return the defective tire and had the rest of my tires prorated and had the credit applied to the purchase of the new set of tires. The people working in the tire department had changed their tune and were nice and accommodating. Yet, they reiterated at the end that defective tires were the customer's problem and that returning them in the case of being defective was not an option. The manager did not like eating crow, but he did not have a choice. My choice to send a written complaint to corporate and the other organizations did the job .

They can't keep enough employees because if an employee wants to stay home sick they get penalized. So you wait in line forever right in front of the exit and then they still make you wait in another line that goes super slow just to get out the door after you've paid. Selection is poor and the gas station is another disaster. Let's just say I am not proud of the person I became at the exit. One person to check receipts after I just waited in line for 15 minutes for 7 items. There was a problem with the receipt in front of me so I tried to go around, waving my receipt. The chica literally cart blocked me. I told her she could not trap me in there. The older gentleman having an issue with his receipt told me to be patient. I replied "believe me, I have been patient" It is quite affirming to read the other reviews here. It truly makes me wonder how people can live here. Corporations like Sam's and the Walton family are just trying to suck everything out of us all.

What a bunch of assclowns work here. If you want to pay with cash be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Currently there are 12 people in line in front of me. Only 1 register accepts cash. Oh and the cashier is a minor so she needs a supervisor to ring up alcohol. No I don't want to renew my membership!

Buyer Beware! Put in order 10 days ago- never heard anything from anyone at Sam's. Tried to do online chat to figure out what was wrong. They said I had to call my store. Spent the better part of an afternoon trying to get through to someone at Tire center at this Sam's. Kept getting hung up on, or transferred, and waited on the phone for over an hour before giving up. Finally got a hold of someone the following day, after waiting hours again, only to find out that my order may, or may not be cancelled?!?! They could not tell me anything beyond 'the tires haven't shown up... maybe it was cancelled already.' Awful, Awful, Awful customer service- the worst; drove me to write this review, and I'm honestly thinking of cancelling my Sam's Membership.

I was so impressed with the kindness of the workers as well as the great prices. It is by far cheaper to shop here than regular grocery stores. The price of the membership paid for itself on the first visit.

Idiot "assistant manager" initially refused to honor price of product as marked (Linksys router AX6000). He was very, VERY brusque and rude. It took almost 15 minutes of "discussion" for him to realize that state law requires products to be sold at price marked - while my fresh chicken was getting cold. Shameful and lame.

Horrible experience, but only at the very end AFTER I had paid and was waiting to be scanned out by the receipt reader. The line to get out AFTER paying was longer than any line to pay! RIDICULOUS! My register was the second one from the door and people were expected to snake back through the store just to get out as no one would let any one "merge" into the line. The line would not have been so long if the woman with the scanner had been competent with the scanner, or even knew how to use it, she was not. I was directly behind the people that had checked out before me. The incompetent scanner was having trouble with this cart, too. The gift cards they had purchased threw the incompetent scanner a loop and she proceeded to leave the line for help, and I asked her to just please scan my 5 items before she left and I could just be out to the way. I told her I was feeling faint. It was very hot in there and she , dripping sarcastically said, "maybe I should call you an ambulance?" I said, "maybe you should", but clearly she was just being sarcastic, no real compassion to my health needs, just her hateful sarcasm, then she went on to assume and say, "maybe you shouldn't be driving", and I said, "your'e right, my ride is waiting in the handicapped space." So her hateful assumptions were especially unappreciated. This "experience" was 11/07/21 and my receipt is time stamped at 13:12 pm. Please look at the cameras, Sam's Club! Look at the backup created by total incompetence!! Ridiculous to have someone so flustered, rude and incompetent scanning people out that would create such a log jam of people just wanting out. Should not be so hard to exit once paid, especially for so few items. Experience was awesome until the very end by this one very rude, sarcastic, INCOMPETENT woman. Do better Sam's Club. At least train them to be civil, not sarcastic and rude especially if someone is having a health issue. Sarcasm is NOT appreciated.

Sign just says tire shop closed until further notice. What happened to my free flat repai, part of my membership. Lifetime rotate or balance when you buy your tires, too bad now you have to drive an hour to the next closest Sam's or pay to go somewhere in town that is actually open.
