I was so impressed with the kindness of the workers as well as the great prices. It is by far cheaper to shop here than regular grocery stores. The price of the membership paid for itself on the first visit.

Idiot "assistant manager" initially refused to honor price of product as marked (Linksys router AX6000). He was very, VERY brusque and rude. It took almost 15 minutes of "discussion" for him to realize that state law requires products to be sold at price marked - while my fresh chicken was getting cold. Shameful and lame.

Horrible experience, but only at the very end AFTER I had paid and was waiting to be scanned out by the receipt reader. The line to get out AFTER paying was longer than any line to pay! RIDICULOUS! My register was the second one from the door and people were expected to snake back through the store just to get out as no one would let any one "merge" into the line. The line would not have been so long if the woman with the scanner had been competent with the scanner, or even knew how to use it, she was not. I was directly behind the people that had checked out before me. The incompetent scanner was having trouble with this cart, too. The gift cards they had purchased threw the incompetent scanner a loop and she proceeded to leave the line for help, and I asked her to just please scan my 5 items before she left and I could just be out to the way. I told her I was feeling faint. It was very hot in there and she , dripping sarcastically said, "maybe I should call you an ambulance?" I said, "maybe you should", but clearly she was just being sarcastic, no real compassion to my health needs, just her hateful sarcasm, then she went on to assume and say, "maybe you shouldn't be driving", and I said, "your'e right, my ride is waiting in the handicapped space." So her hateful assumptions were especially unappreciated. This "experience" was 11/07/21 and my receipt is time stamped at 13:12 pm. Please look at the cameras, Sam's Club! Look at the backup created by total incompetence!! Ridiculous to have someone so flustered, rude and incompetent scanning people out that would create such a log jam of people just wanting out. Should not be so hard to exit once paid, especially for so few items. Experience was awesome until the very end by this one very rude, sarcastic, INCOMPETENT woman. Do better Sam's Club. At least train them to be civil, not sarcastic and rude especially if someone is having a health issue. Sarcasm is NOT appreciated.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible place to go shopping. Can't blame cashiers and door greeters, due to how management treats them. Especially an older lady that wears a green vest, I think she's a supervisor. She doesn't know what she's doing most of the time and she's always on her phone. I went there last week and I saw how bad she talks and treats her employees. I'm telling you it's bad. Worst part is that her managers don't care because she's still working g there after so many years of mistreating regular workers. I'm canceling my membership, because I don't support that type of behavior.

Charlotte, who i am assuming is some sort of Supervisor/Manager was at Checkout telling EVERY customer how much easier things would be if customers did this and that. Back to back, pestering customers “ If you put your cart here, it will be easier for my cashier .” I understand you close at 8, but her attitude was definitely showing priority to getting home on time and carrying less about how she was speaking to Sam’s club customers.

Tire department service is horrible, even by Santa Fe standards. Takes 2-3 weeks to receive your tire order. Then, they’re only open 2 days a week so good luck scheduling an appointment. Been redialing for 90 minutes to schedule an appointment and still waiting for them to answer. Hard to beat the price, though.

Gigantic pies, clothes, huge snack bags, camping supplies, coffee, dog food etc. They have a lot of meat, it looked good. Minimal interaction with staff. They do check your receipt and items at the exit. The food court area had decent pizza.

Issues in the past but this was the last straw…. Bought 4 tires 6 months ago, came with repair warranty. Had to make an appointment to have flat fixed, service person taking call kept saying “if it can be fixed” ?. It was a tread leak, not a sidewall puncture. Went shopping during repair, quickly got a call to return to service to discuss buying a new tire. Couldn’t be fixed ?, they didn’t have it long enough to check! Told him to just put tire back in my car, he was rude. I even had the leak marked with tape. Took tire to Eldorado Automotive and they fixed it in a jiffy. Not sure if this is their usual ploy to up sell or just thought a woman wouldn’t know any better and be an easy mark for being cheated. Never going back!

Unfortunately the store stop selling skim milk, then they stop selling Tropicana orange juice, they have a big selection of alcohol and a small selection sodas. The pharmacy is overwhelmed and understaffed and the pharmacy inventory is very limited and if you present a prescription expect to wait at least a day or two before it will be filled because they have to order the medicine. For good Pharmacy I would suggest Albertson's first

The environment has changed since the pandemic started,now Sam's club looks and feels more cleaner than ever,the steps taken to have a covid free establishment are great!The aisles are well organized and comfortable to do the shopping fast and with a peace of mind.The employees are very knowledgeable of what there position is, courteous and helpful.I definitely will keep coming back to Sam's club and I encourage my friends and relatives to shop in this great and neat place.

Always a great experience. If you go late the self checkout isn't open butt it's not really busy so you'll have an easy checkout with cashier's. I myself have ordered online and pickup at store and it's fast, easy and convenient. Always someone around to help answer questions or help with bulky items. Never had a bad experience there and I've been shopping at Sam's Club for 10 years now.

It's an OK store and they have some good buys and seasonal items. We like going here. However, some of their staff aren't exactly helpful. I'd say it's a good enough store for what it provides as a warehouse store. Nothing outstanding. I'll still drive to Albuquerque for Costco any day.

Today I bought eight items and then was blocked from leaving the store by some teenaged white kid on a power trip because I didn't move them from one cart to another (apparently he can't read receipts but somehow this magical cart transfer would assure him I wasn't stealing EVERYTHING he had just literally watched me ring up). Stood in my way having a hissy fit about 'company policy' and would not move until a manager could come and tell him to stop being an idiot. My membership was about to expire, but now there's no way I'll renew it.
