The night prior to the date of my 8am appt, we had a 6+ inch snow store at my house. I had to drive 45 miles to the safelite location, 30 of those miles were very snow packed and icy. Traffic and I were driving much slower than I anticipated. I ended up arriving 25 minutes late to my 8am appt. When I entered the shop there were no other cars in the shop that looked like it could handle 3 cars. Six workers were standing around waiting for work. I was informed that I was 25 minutes late and that they had a 9am appt. My car would then be treated as an all day drop off and not ready until the end of the day. I am not sure how many people it takes to replace a windshield, but SIX guys standing around need something to do. This is my daughter’s car and was the last day my daughter would be in state to repair it before driving back to college. I did not call the shop since the weather was bad and I was trying to get to the shop as soon as possible. In deciding what I was going to do, I was informed by the manager that my car had snow on it that I would have to clear off before it would be allowed in the shop. Additionally several signs said “Snow is not our responsibility…”. Of course it had snow, 6+ inches of snow still on the roof and packed ice under the wheel wells and underside of the car from driving to the shop. Still deciding and talking with my wife, I started clearing the car as instructed. The manager told me not to clear the car in their parking lot, that I should do that elsewhere. At that point I decided that this shop did not need my business even if they could get it done sooner than the end of the day. I can get this work done somewhere that respects their customers. This is not the only glass shop in Santa Fe. I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

John helped us out in a flash, offered detailed and thorough explanations re: damage and the work being done. John repaired my cracked windshield in about 20 mins as promised, and the results were amazing. Thank you, John for the kind and professional service! I would happily reccomend this location :)

Called the shop after my windshield was replaced to tell them the lane departure system was not working. They suggested I just had not turned the system back on. Wrong. Went back to the shop the next morning. After 2.5 hours they had not resolved the issue. I have had two previous windshield replacements and this was not an issue. So why now? I was told it was an issue with getting codes to resolve. I will be taking my truck to another shop to get this fixed.Follow-up: Tried to get these issues resolved at two other Safelite shops (one in Albuquerque, another in Scottsdale, AZ). None of the Safelite shops could figure out what was wrong. Three strikes and Safelite is out. Took my truck to the dealer that services my vehicle. They determined the shop had damaged the Driver Assistance System Module (DASM, the "box" around the mirror that houses the camera and radar sensors). The good news is that my automobile insurance will cover the cost of diagnosis (~$350) and the new DASM (~$2,000!). The insurance company will, in turn, recover costs from Safelite.

Beware of FRAUD!!! Technician said window couldn't be fixed, no service was performed but they still created a claim, billed my insurance company and were paid. Now I'm dealing with the mess, multiple phone calls to insurance company and Safelite, still trying to get this straightened out. Will never go back.

Came during selected time frame and got my windshield replaced in a timely manner. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Did a good job installing a new windshield. Recommend highly. Easy to do the claim through insurance and not pay out of pocket if you have a glass policy.

My window was not placed right and won't go up correctly. Tried to call to get it fixed and just keep getting a bunch of recordings and transfers to no one. Guy gave me his card but doesn't answer and can't leave a message

I took the day off work twice to drive down to Santa Fe to fix my windshield. The first time they canceled at the last second the second time I showed up and they had the wrong windshield. I see other reviews about the horrible customer service and agree that management is a mess that I took absolutely no accountability for the team are the company making these mistakes and communicating about them at the last second. Additionally, trying to speak to the store directly it is near impossible unless they call you even if you wait on the phone and get a customer service person. They are unable to direct you to speak to someone at the location.

Awful is the nicest thing I can say about these clowns. 2 missed appointments cancelled day of, claim windshield not in (which after the first missed appointment guaranteed there by second, nope), and the car is popular and everywhere else in Santa Fe has the windshield. You will spend hours dealing with clowns in a centralized center (you can never talk to the local place), who are fairly clueless, and then time spent changing all the insurance stuff around because you give up on Safelite. From my experience and reviews I have read this company has deep systemic problems with their systems (they know nothing about their own inventory and accurate delivery dates), they screw up a lot and seem amazingly incompetent. Thanks for wasting a lot of my time for absolutely nothing because Safelite is so horribly run. I also checked at having this done by Safelite where my son is taking the car for school and same horrible reviews, total incompetency appointments constantly cancelled, and awful work to boot.Added update, Son went to another autoglass company, had windshield in stock, no problems. Safelite appears to have serious problems with their inventory control.

I gave 2 stars only because the technicians that do the work are great so I gave them 5 but deducted 7 for the automated system. Trying to contact anyone at safelite ia an absolute joke. Their automated system has to be the absolute worst! You have to call their main universal number which is trash but even if you call the local number they NEVER answer.

Safelite AutoGlass was a BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT, I went online to schedule appointment to get back window replaced on a 2002 Subaru Outback wagon. All information was provided, and it never mentioned that window was not in stock. After 3 weeks of getting told that they didn't have window and it would cost extra to get from an Original Material Manufacturer (OEM), they recommended we search on our own with local businesses.Long Story short:*Safelite $933.08 (three weeks still couldn't find back window)* Five J's Auto Salvage $100 (had a back window)*Speedy Glass Santa Fe (installed in one hour)Five J's Auto Salvage and Speedy had it all done in 1 day. And I saved, $783.08!

Made appt to replace windshield online. Less than 24 hours prior, received email that I had been rescheduled because part didn’t arrive. 8 days later Install was fast but not impressive. Bits of rubber all over dash and interior. Black fingerprints everywhere. Interior trim fell off same day. If they weren’t the only place that carried a replacement for my car, I definitely would have gone to a local shop.

Wosrt experience of my life. This shop should be investigated by corporate office. Poor customer service and poor communication. I had to take vehicle to different glass shop.
