Nice hotel however I have had multiple issues with front desk personnel being rude and unprofessional. I would recommend firing the woman at the front desk pm on 12/9 - downright rude and should not be employed at a high end hotel with that attitude.

Having stayed at a handful of Rosewoods (and even gotten married at one!), we expected the level of service and facilities that are synonymous with the brand. Unfortunately, the Inn of the Anasazi fell far short of what one would expect from a 5 star hotel and, more particularly, the Rosewood brand. We were in Santa Fe for a conference, staying at the conference hotel for two nights and then moved over for our final night to the Rosewood. It was not worth the added expense. When we arrived, we were unable to valet the car because there were no attendants out front, no apparent valet stand, and cars were parked in front of the hotel. We circled the block several times and decided to park down the street and move the car later. There were no doormen, and no one readily available to help with luggage. While our room was ready upon early arrival, it could best be described as adequate. Because of the configuration of the building, our windows faced a wall, and the fireplace required numerous attempts to click on.The morning after our arrival, we were informed by one of our friends that they had arranged for champagne to greet us in our room and inquiring whether we had received same. We had not. When we went to speak with the front desk staff, they advised that it was not their department, and we would need to speak with the restaurant. We were able to work through the mishap with the restaurant, but felt that as the guests and recipients of the gift, it should not have been on us to figure out and ensure our friend was credited.Upon checkout, the front desk staff informed us that the champagne had been delivered to a different room, where it was rejected as misdirected. This raised some red flags as, if that had been the case, why wouldn't the hotel staff have ensured that the correct room receive the delivery? When the valet retrieved our car when we were leaving for the final time, he did not remain to assist with the doors or to ensure we were leaving the hotel with all our belongings. While I was sitting in the hotel lobby, I overheard that the hotel had failed to place another guest's luggage into their car and that they would need to ship the luggage (at great expense) to Florida. Not only does that raise concerns about the service, generally, but I thought it inappropriate to discuss in front of other guests. When I provided this same feedback to the hotel in a survey after departure, I did not receive any follow-up.Overall, the location is great, but this doesn't live up to the standards of the Rosewood brand.

Loved the stay and would go again in a heartbeat. We were between the Rosewood and the Four Seasons and were so glad we went with the rosewood for our first stay in Santa Fe in part due to the location but moreso because of the amazing, intimate experience. Really enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed by everyone. We were only able to spend 2 nights but wish we could have stayed a full week. Until next time!

This place is top notch! All sorts of added value. First of all, definitely valet park. They are so fast. Barely had to wait. The staff makes you feel so valued. Friendly, helpful and engaging. The room was very comfortable with a fireplace and even a humidifier. My one complaint is the view was of a dirty alley. Despite that I highly recommend.

Great location, rooms are a bit petite compared to other Rosewood properties / although they are nicely done. Restaurant’s service was slow (and they weren’t busy). We had hoped for a stellar breakfast there, but it was just ok.Walkability: A+ location to DT Santa Fe.

10/10 Hotel in Santa Fe. We felt welcomed at this hotel during our two night stay. The staff was so helpful. The decor was high end. The rooms were perfect for sleeping and relaxing in between jaunts to the square. Our dog was welcomed with dog bowls and a dog bed. My favorite were the very tall ceilings and fireplaces in the rooms. The location is unbeatable because you can be anywhere worth being in a 5 min walk. The restaurant had great food and the patio was a perfect place for cocktails. We will be back.

Loved everything about this hotel....awesome service, perfect center of Santa Fe plaza location, good service, and wonderful staff. The little touches were touching....(like the pun?? Lol). The nightcap cookies, the Dyson hairdryer, the towel and slippers bedtime turndcomfortable, the fireplace turned on, the bar in the room, and the three silver coins (good for three silver coin margaritas in their bar) as a welcome gift. They had complimentary coffee in their lovely library/sitting room on the main floor with croissants one day and pain-au-chocolat on the next day.The only nit I have is the lack of vegetarian food options, which made us eat elsewhere. But as I stated above, the staff is good and obviously super well trained because our server made sure I had a delicious vegetarian breakfast - made to order soyr dough toast with cheese, avacado, (no eggs and bacon), with potatoes and with a large serving of jalapeños.The food prices were high, but I guess it is how it is in pricey hotels.. it's just that paying $23 for toast and a side of avocados and potatoes seems crazy, lol, and $11 for a glass of orange juice, not freshly squeezed either, loll. Also, the coffee was complimentary in the lobby but not with breakfast ? so we did what any penny wise pound foolish person does, we brought coffee in to breakfast (from the library) with us on the 2nd day, lmao!!But we enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. All on all a great experience albeit quite expensive....but you get what you pay for so we enjoyed the niceties.

The only thing that are 5 stars is the room rate and the location. Everything else feels like a Hampton Inn. They may want to consider close their door and retrain their staff. The receptionists rarely made eye contact from check in to check out and whenever we entered the hotel. They stood there and looked at their computers, no smile. First day house keeping didn’t come until we asked for it and we were told that we needed to request it daily, which we did. There were misses in their housekeeping for example that we didn’t get hand towels on one day. We traveled with another couple who shared the same sentiment, will not return and not to Rosewood hotel standard. We always stay at 5-star hotels and Inn at Anasazi fell short.Food & drinks: Our breakfasts and the lunches at the restaurant were 30 to 45 minutes wait and we were the first table or there were less than 3 tables. The food was just decent but priced like a 5-star hotel.

My husband and I went to their tequila bar and he ordered a shot of tequila. He sipped it and said that it was good, not great. When we were done with our drinks we got the bill and the shot of tequila was $300.00!!! The price was not on the menu and our waitress did not inform us of the price. NOT COOL. Of course, we had to pay for it, but we were not happy. Buyer beware!!!

Superb hotel, amazing accommodations and perfect staff. The restaurants serve excellent gourmet meals and perfect margaritas. 1/2 block off the Santa Fe square, I don't know how this could be better.

I had made a reservation in FEBRUARY for the Tequila Tasting Event they offer for August 20. I received the confirmation email, and then the day before it was scheduled I received a text asking us about our choice of tequila, followed by an email saying that THEY CANCELED OUR EVENT!! The day before it was supposed to happen, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me- just sent me a cancellation email!I of course called there right away and BRIAN gave me the runaround saying their tequila guy who does the event has Covid. Really? No phone call, canceled on me at the last minute then tells me they cannot do anything else for me and my friends. That was it. JOHN was the other one who emailed me and said there was nothing he could do. I planned our girls weekend around this event and they couldn’t even have the respect, dignity, professionalism to make it right. Never again.

Following the Margarita Trail and landed at the Anasazia Restaurant Bar and Grill. Great service, great food. Margarita is lacking in delivery. The Sandia & Papino margarita clashes in taste. This combination is a bit too much to pallet for my taste. On to better

Perfect location, beautiful rooms! Great service, they offer a car service for local rides.,, be sure to inquire about this service vs an Uber.

I ordered champaign and strawberries for my daughter and spouse's wedding night and a cheese board for the next night, in their room. The groom was there alone the first night. They sent BOTH plates and a "Happy birthday" to him, (see the card in pic #2) the night BEFORE the wedding. I have my email confirmation for directives. I reached out to Deidra who said she "sent all documentation to the manager" for she said the manager would probably comp us to do something about this gross error. It has been 4 weeks and no word. The hotel was chosen for the location off the plaza and the best comfy beds in town. The arrangements were slow coming via email and we live here.In addition, we the wedding couple and bride's parents also had plans to eat there the night of the wedding and had a private table to be set up for two and were to order off the menu, reneging on the wine pairing option offered. We were moved to the wine cellar which was awesome but we had no say in what we ate. We three were given chicken and the bride got sea bass.(doesn't eat meat or chicken) Two of us don't drink but they brought out enough for five glasses per person and the bill was $500. We would have preferred ordering off the menu, as said we could in the other room, and I would have had sea bass as well, and the groom and father of the bride would have had steak. Why did we have to pay for so much booze? We were moved because "it was too noisy" next to where we had planned to dine us four in the library area in front of that fireplace." Very disappointed on both counts.
