Justin was so unbelievably helpful getting some issues sorted out with my lab order and payment. Scheduling and check in was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend coming here for lab work.

Fairly easy to make an appointment. I got a little confused since I needed to change it, but I got that sorted out quickly.I got a text telling me to click on a link when I arrived at appointment. I did so and got a nice response saying I was all set and did not need to check in.The employees were both pleasant and competent and fast.Done and on my way.

Do not bother trying to schedule via phone, I had to SHOUT my answers and even then it didn't pick up what information I was trying to provide. Just schedule online.

Waste of time coming here. They didn't have the necessary components for the test I scheduled.

Have time sensitive Labs stuff to drop off and no one is in the lobby to check you in except a machine!

I’ve been here twice. A year and a half ago and today. Both times I had sweet, gentle phlebotomists. Today Andrea drew my blood and her personality matched her drawing style! Very very gentle, I could hardly feel the needle go in to take 6 vials. She was super reassuring and told me when she was putting the needle in. Love Quest! Thank you!

I was the first one to check in. yes I was a walk in. but I notified them I was there only to do a urine sample. and that was at 7:00am when I told them. they called four people before I left at 7:25am. because I had to be at work at 7:30am. it put me down to have an appointment at 8:40am. I showed up at 8:32am and checked In. I seen the same guy that I was there only to do a urine sample. I left the place once again at 9:02am. almost an hour of waiting there. just to do a urine sample , and didn't even get it done. such a waist of time. just give me a cup and let me get out of there. I will not go there again. Like why make an appointment if you can't be seen.

I’ve had enough unpleasant, unprofessional, and subpar experiences at this location that I’ve given up going to it even though I live in Santa Fe, and I choose instead to drive an hour out of my way to the Rio Rancho location where there seems to be more experienced and/or professional phlebotomists available. Every time I went to the Santa Fe location, there was inevitably some kind of problem, from missing tests that were clearly ordered on the lab slip, to sticking me unsuccessfully (and painfully!) enough times to cause bruising and hematomas without successfully drawing enough blood to complete the lab tests. On top of that, I was treated unprofessionally at the Santa Fe location, mostly by the supervising phlebotomist. She wouldn’t listen to me when I told her that heat packs applied to my arm would help ensure a successful draw (I have a medical condition that impedes good blood flow), but then when she was unable to get enough blood after multiple attempts, she acted defensively with a blaming attitude toward me for being a difficult draw. At one point, she even yelled, “stop breathing on me!” when I reflexively started doing deep breathing to calm myself down from the stressful experience of being stuck so many times, which was jarring and of course only made the experience more stressful. Not fun. Do yourself a favor and just go to another lab location, especially if you’re sensitive to needles and/or a difficult draw.

5 Stars: My experience with staff!3 Stars: Quest Diagnostic= 4 Stars totalI’d like to THANK and make sure her supervisor knows how wonderful Andrea Pichardo at the Quest Diagnostic-St. Francis Drive, Santa Fe location was on 06.23.23! She was kind, patient, and helped me with contacting my Dr.’s office because they didn’t complete the testing order correctly. I had to wait in the lobby for my Dr.’s office to call me back and she offered me water and checked on me a few times. Great customer service! The other technician, Louanna, was helpful and kind too!Thank you ladies. ???Quest Diagnostics: The check-in process is impersonal with their kiosks. There’s NO FEEDBACK options on Quest’s app or website. Customer-centric companies who care what the customer experience is, have phone numbers and options on their website to gather feedback, good and bad. Thanks Google for allowing me to share my experience.

Gotta say, worried about the low rating going in, but I had a great experience. My phlebotomist was a seasoned pro, really went out of her way to get more information about some tests not usually performed, even calling out of state. She travels, or rotates, between labs in NM, so I may not see her next time. I wish I hadn't forgotten her name, because she really impressed me

Great experience! Didn’t have an appointment so I walked in and they called me in super quick. Louanna was super helpful and friendly! She took time to explain everything, which I really appreciated.

Worst experience - AVOIDCame in with an appointment to get blood drawn for an Inside Tracker panel the morning of Thu, Apr 20, 2023. The older woman who saw me was very rude and should not be seeing patients directly. She asked me for my paperwork, I said I had the pdf on my phone. She told me I had to physically have the paperwork printed out, and that she had to scan it into the computer using a janky portable scanner next the computer. If this was the SOP, why is there not a full printer/scanner on location? What year is it that digital copies along with an ID don't suffice? LOLShe said the only other way was to have it faxed -- huh? I couldn't email the PDF to them. The only option was a printed physical copy to be scanned, or to fax it... It was this weird back and forth where she was outwardly blaming me for not printing it out before hand and that "everyone prints their paperwork" even though the paperwork clearly says I could print it out AS A BACKUP (very clear that it was an option and not required: share.getcloudapp.com/mX…). She would not process my order. She never checked my ID, looked at the pdf, or worked to find a solution besides telling me after "you could have already gone to fedex and had it printed out." Honestly, just a little understanding would have done wonders. I got a refund from Inside Tracker for the blood panel and cannot recommend this location as anything but an absolute last resort to get blood drawn.

This place is the last place Id recommend going. The lady was very rude to me and wanted to argue about how my name was put in on my order for some labs? Then after all that she ended up spelling my name wrong anyways on my results.. she also didn't even really tell me when she was about to stick me and was very rough drawing my blood. Would recommend somewhere else. ??
