I called this gym to help me transfer an account. The online transfer has not been working so I needed their help.
When I asked for help to transfer they said "planet fitness transfers . com" and nothing else.
I informed them it's not working and was hoping I could ask a manager instead.
They said "yeah hold on". The same voice then said "hello", I heard laughing in the background, and they hung up on me.

Great location, great equipment, nice staff. I've worked out at gyms all over the country and this facility is well designed for the body builder, fitness buff, or if your just trying to stay healthy. Love it.

The customer service here sucks! They don’t like helping anyone in person or by phone seems like they don’t know what they are doing!!!!

Spoke with the manager in the santa fe branch not very professional, His phone etiquette was not the greatest i had several questions regarding my membership and he mentioned that i would have to call a diffrent branch because he wasent finding any information on my membership, and said he had several other people that needed help and hung up.

Lost another person working out at this gym , respect, clean,and probably most important u can ask ppl to set in and they don't get ball weird

I'm traveling so sometimes I use the showers.
Decently clean, but the young staff has HUGE chips on thier shoulders, there is an older bald guy that works there and he is cool and laid back, but the help seems rather entitled

It’s a nice gym but the parking lot is atrocious. I had to cancel after joining, the parking is just way too much of a hassle. But the gym equipment is nice!
