“Awesome service at Harkle Road pharmacy. Staff was attentive and friendly, service was instant, no waiting. Plenty of parking right out front. Staff looked like they enjoyed their work and their interaction with clients. What a pleasure it was to use this pharmacy. Well worth the extra drive.”

“It is frequently busy, since it’s the only Sam’s Club in Santa Fe, but the price of gas makes it worth it.* Just be careful when you’re pulling in. That parking lot is a sh*tshow at times.*Seems like the majority of people that come here don’t understand how to pull into the lanes correctly, but that’s New Mexico for you.The gas pumps are clean, and the grounds are as well. You won’t be able to get a snack, or something to drink, however. It’s just straight up for gas.Unlike a Sam’s Club in ABQ, this one *does* require a membership. They’re usually on sale on Groupon, or somewhere else so search for a deal before paying full price.”

“Very well stocked with everything needed. The store was clean and organized more then I expected. At night it's well lit and is located next to a liquor store. The neighborhood of its location is quiet and peaceful..”

“We are visiting from out of state. This was the 4th pharmacy we tried since arriving here. This is the best we have experienced here. Louis Chavez gave outstanding service as well as being friendly and with a positive attitude. He immediately gained our confidence and trust. The service was outstanding.”

“The people here are always extra friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns and are always ready to help.
I transferred over from the other Smiths in town which was the opposite of this group.

“Carolyn and her team are the best in Santa Fe. Patient care and patient safety have been their priority. I feel bad for them as I have seen people get mad for even simple things. Remember— they stand all day, non stop answering phone calls and vaccinating, counseling and taking care of everyone to make sure we are all safe when they dispense the medication for us. KINDNESS is FREE. Be kind to the people who help us to be healthy. Kudos to Carolyn and her team who work very hard to take care of our pharmacy needs.”

“If you’re seeking a family friendly pharmacy your search is over. The staff treats you with respect. The second I walk in the door I’m greeted with, “Hello, Mrs. Alvarez” I get asked how my husband is doing and they show a real interest in my health. It’s very personable at this pharmacy which I enjoy much so. There are no 30 minute waits like the big box stores and their pharmacist Jason is always available to speak with you on any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend my local community pharmacy to all of Santa Fe!”

“I got the best deals at Smith's which is why I go there, but for some reason it's not my most favorite place to shop. I've gotten into ordering my groceries online from Smith's. I like that better although last time they forgot the oil which was the main reason I got groceries. So I don't want to be checking my groceries every time I do it online order with them. But that's what I like to do the most either way. Best prices and so I keep going there. I understand that they're parking lot is pretty sketchy at night. I haven't noticed it myself that much. The parking lot is sketchy day at night from what I can tell.”

“The only problem I've ever had at this particular Smiths gas station is one time I was down to my last 4 bucks and it was mostly change but not like pennies but dimes and mostly quarters and the guy was very rude and said he wasn't going to count it all out and I needed to roll it up but I told him it wasn't enough for rolls and it was only 4 bucks but he refused to take it while being very rude about it. So I went to the other Smiths station on St. Michael's and the woman took it no problem and didn't act like it was a big deal at all. I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated her doing that.”

“I've used them for years. The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable, and the lines are never too bad because the whole operation is well-organized. I tried Walgreens once because it had a drug at a cheaper price, and it was a nightmare. Every customer seemed to be having a problem. I've gone back to Walmart.”

“I adore Walgreens. Overall. I really do but they really need to figure out a different way to handle their prescriptions. You know with the changes in the populace and the amount of people that need their medications, they need to expand their pharmacy area so that people aren't lined up all the way through the hallways of the store itself. They need to have more people servicing the pharmacy, but with that being said, I still am a great fan of Walgreens.”

“Although you wont find the food stuffs, cosmetics and household items you might find at CVS or Walgreen's, what you will find is fast and friendly service for your prescriptions or medical supplies. After coming down with the flu, it was really convenient to walk around the corner from the Emergency Room to pick up my prescription of Tamaflu. The lines at Walgreens have recently become insane. When you aren't feeling good, it's nice to be able to get your prescription without waiting at Christus Pharmacy.”

“We had some oatmeal and fruit earlier. We wanted a little something to keep us going. A muffin, yogurt and donut fit the bill. We were welcomed to use their cafe area to eat. Even though we didn't have a store card, staff gave us a discount. Thank you! Shared parking lot and WiFi”

“The pharmacy at Sam's club is top notch! The pharmacist's, Isaiah and David are caring and helpful. They explain medication side effects and remind you when you are due for vaccinations. They truly care about their patients and it's evident every time I go in to fill a script.”

“Joseph is a very friendly and great pharmacist as for the rest of the newer ones they don't answer phone calls this has been happening for like a couple months I don't understand I realize they are busy sometimes but several times I've called every 30 minutes for hours and they just hang up on me only to drive 12 miles into town to come to see 3 people just sitting there doing there work with no customers waiting in line it seems they just don't answer phones if they don't feel like it,its very frustrating!!!!”

“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM”

“I usually avoid CVS pharmacy BUT... the pharmacists and pharmacy techs that work here all go above and beyond. They are kind and work with you and your provider to get the medications you need. Honestly, I really like this pharmacy and I recommend giving it a try!”

“Very clean store with great selection. Good gluten free options, good prices on everything. Newly refurbished inside and out as of mid '23. In house Starbucks cafe available.”

“I really like this pharmacy, at first it gave me the creeps because of the area. I noticed that this CVS will not tolerate unwelcomed people who ask for money or hang out. I really appreciate all the employees that work the store, they are helpful, and acknowledge your presence. I come here mostly for my medicine and especially like how professional all the pharmacy workers are, especially Rick the pharmacist, he is very knowledgeable, and professional, and patient. Thanks CVS on Cerrilos.”

“The people working at Smith's Pharmacy are always pleasant, although typically very understaffed.
It would be in Smith's best interest to seek out and hire more staff.
Better training on the computer is recommended, as it should not take 3 people to complete a single transaction at one computer terminal.
I have faith they will get it together in the near future.”

“CVS offers the BEST Discounts of any store and I don't shop anywhere else for my OVC medications. For seniors like me, CVS is makes it possible to get what we need with the 20, 30 and 40 % discounts. Thank you, CVS !! A Grateful Customer !”

“CVS Cordova Rd, Santa Fe, NM solved all my varied needs while traveling. Parking was easy, cashier helpful, pharmacy made appointment for my vaccines at a time convenient to me However the management needs to rethink giving 'appointments if they do not happen on time...or offer a better salary to attract another worker behind Pharmacy counter to handle vaccinations. One person is not enough.”

“Cool store. Close to South Capital Rail Runner. Met and interviewed with new Store Manager, Matthew. Extremely nice guy and friendly staff.

Got a job offer after looking for a long time. Sadly, I had to decline due to a new medical emergency that occurred.

Check it out. It's one of the highest volume CVS stores in New Mexico and in a convenient location.”

“I don't care what any of y'all say, -
our airport neighborhood pharmacy is the best in the southwest!!
Even when WALGREENS PHARMACY employees have a hard day, they still try to stay positive, (they are an excellent example)”

“My family made covid shot appointments online via the Walgreens website for this pharmacy. Appointment was right on time and all three of us were able to get the vaccine.”

“The only reason for five stars is due to the exceptional employees Ava and Jessica so thank them Walgreens? The overall experience is terrible. While picking up a prescription for my dog a pharmacy tech by the name of Ava went above and beyond to help me get a discount for expensive medication. When picking up the medication and tracking down the prescription another pharmacy tech by the name of Jessica was the only person that would help me she also went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. While my overall experience with this pharmacy is terrible these two employees are exceptional and probably the reason this place functions at all. If I was at Walgreens manager I would feel privileged to have Ava and Jessica working for me!!”
