“I appreciate Southwest pharmacy staff. Their staff are extremely friendly, helpful and fast 99% of the time.

Let's face it, we all have unpleasant days. However, even during those days the staff are still helpful.

Thank you for your excellent service”

“It is frequently busy, since it’s the only Sam’s Club in Santa Fe, but the price of gas makes it worth it.* Just be careful when you’re pulling in. That parking lot is a sh*tshow at times.*Seems like the majority of people that come here don’t understand how to pull into the lanes correctly, but that’s New Mexico for you.The gas pumps are clean, and the grounds are as well. You won’t be able to get a snack, or something to drink, however. It’s just straight up for gas.Unlike a Sam’s Club in ABQ, this one *does* require a membership. They’re usually on sale on Groupon, or somewhere else so search for a deal before paying full price.”

“Past experiences with different pharmacies and I find the staff at this store very helpful. Always willing to look for the best prices, answer questions and assist with over the counter items. Good customer service.”

“This was my first time using the grocery pickup experience at Smith's. Signs and instructions were clear so it was easy to do. The employees were very hard working employees. I could tell they were very busy but they were still kind, efficient, and making things run smoothly. I would use their grocery pickup process again in the future.”

“Joseph is a very friendly and great pharmacist as for the rest of the newer ones they don't answer phone calls this has been happening for like a couple months I don't understand I realize they are busy sometimes but several times I've called every 30 minutes for hours and they just hang up on me only to drive 12 miles into town to come to see 3 people just sitting there doing there work with no customers waiting in line it seems they just don't answer phones if they don't feel like it,its very frustrating!!!!”

“Probably the best pharmacy in town. Very friendly staff that seem to care about their customers. They do their best to get your prescription ready quickly if you are waiting.”

“Carolyn and her team are the best in Santa Fe. Patient care and patient safety have been their priority. I feel bad for them as I have seen people get mad for even simple things. Remember— they stand all day, non stop answering phone calls and vaccinating, counseling and taking care of everyone to make sure we are all safe when they dispense the medication for us. KINDNESS is FREE. Be kind to the people who help us to be healthy. Kudos to Carolyn and her team who work very hard to take care of our pharmacy needs.”

“Very well stocked with everything needed. The store was clean and organized more then I expected. At night it's well lit and is located next to a liquor store. The neighborhood of its location is quiet and peaceful..”

“We are visiting from out of state. This was the 4th pharmacy we tried since arriving here. This is the best we have experienced here. Louis Chavez gave outstanding service as well as being friendly and with a positive attitude. He immediately gained our confidence and trust. The service was outstanding.”

“The pharmacy at Sam's club is top notch! The pharmacist's, Isaiah and David are caring and helpful. They explain medication side effects and remind you when you are due for vaccinations. They truly care about their patients and it's evident every time I go in to fill a script.”

“Much improved in terms of cleanliness maybe I just visited on a clean day but the area was always a mess from my prior visits. It's been over 6 months that I have been to this location because it's always dirty inside and out. Today 10-05-2025 it was a clean parking lot and on the sides of the building which was always the worst part. Inside was clean and organized.”

“The only problem I've ever had at this particular Smiths gas station is one time I was down to my last 4 bucks and it was mostly change but not like pennies but dimes and mostly quarters and the guy was very rude and said he wasn't going to count it all out and I needed to roll it up but I told him it wasn't enough for rolls and it was only 4 bucks but he refused to take it while being very rude about it. So I went to the other Smiths station on St. Michael's and the woman took it no problem and didn't act like it was a big deal at all. I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated her doing that.”

“Everyone employee in the pharmacy is upbeat and willing to help you in any way they can. It's superior to any other pharmacy that I've ever dealt with.”

“I adore Walgreens. Overall. I really do but they really need to figure out a different way to handle their prescriptions. You know with the changes in the populace and the amount of people that need their medications, they need to expand their pharmacy area so that people aren't lined up all the way through the hallways of the store itself. They need to have more people servicing the pharmacy, but with that being said, I still am a great fan of Walgreens.”

“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM”

“We had some oatmeal and fruit earlier. We wanted a little something to keep us going. A muffin, yogurt and donut fit the bill. We were welcomed to use their cafe area to eat. Even though we didn't have a store card, staff gave us a discount. Thank you! Shared parking lot and WiFi”

“The drive through was mostly quick moving, however, the speaker on the lane away from the window is super super low, can barely hear. This makes it difficult for those with less ability to hear.”

“CVS Cordova Rd, Santa Fe, NM solved all my varied needs while traveling. Parking was easy, cashier helpful, pharmacy made appointment for my vaccines at a time convenient to me However the management needs to rethink giving 'appointments if they do not happen on time...or offer a better salary to attract another worker behind Pharmacy counter to handle vaccinations. One person is not enough.”

“I live down the street. Very convenient friendly. & prompt. But when I call the pharmacy they take forever to answer, so I have to drive instead. They are super busy in the pharmacy so I understand, hence why I drive. That’s my only complaint, THANK YOU, WALGREENS STAFF & PHARMACY FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK”

“For the most part the staff is very helpful. There are always homeless people hanging around the entrance. It's not appealing but fortunately they don't often ask for money. The pharmacy always has a very long line for both in-store and drive thru. I would find a different place to fill your prescriptions.”

“The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I’ve had my prescriptions filled all over town and no one cares like this staff does. Many of the cashiers and techs have been here a few years now, you can see the camaraderie in their group. Everyone is polite and goes out of their way to help you. If you show up to fill a prescription and they don’t have it in stock, they’ll call around and find it nearby. I have some specific preferences like manufacturers and they always meet those needs. Furthermore, I’ve seen the same three pharmacists here for a while now which gives me hope for their retention. About two years ago CVS pharmacies stopped accepting Presbyterian insurance, followed by Pharmaca (spell?) closing down last year, and a lot of those clients shifted their prescriptions to this pharmacy. This is to say, that the number of customers they serve recently increased dramatically and they’ve risen to the occasion. They’re BUSY, busier than i’ve seen any other pharmacy, and their care and attention does not suffer.”
