Needed a good sun hat while walking around Santa Fe & saw all the hats in the window. They had just what I was looking for, a packable, one size fits all hat with a chin strap. Great price. Excellent customer service. They had lots of gorgeous winter jacket’s however our visit was during the heat wave.Would highly recommend.

As a bigger man, sometimes it can be intimidating going into stores like this. Several times when I go into similar stores I'm not even acknowledge by the workers. I know much of the items won't fit me. I'm over 6ft and over 330lbs. I went in there wearing just cheap flip flops and shorts and a t-shirt. I honestly didn't look like I could afford to buy anything, not that it waa over priced but I was just really dressed down. I didn't go in there for anything other than a hat and wow the service was amazing. The sweet ladies at the counter greeted me quickly and helped me find the type of hat I was looking for and even found one that fit my big head. She even polished and conditioned it for me without even asking for it. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you're looking for good customer service and quality leather at great prices.

I visited this store in January, the sales person spent a lot of time with me showing me multiple coats. I finally decided on a long one and a short one. The long coat had a smudge on it and a loose button, the sales person fixed it up for me the same day. Great service, great products. I've since been in a couple more times for gloves, scarves, and a wallet. Plan on stopping by every time I'm in town visiting my family. You really can't beat the quality of their items.

Don't waste your money here. Came in to shop for a new belt, hat, and jacket since the ones I bought from this store a couple years ago wore out and/or tore. The man at the register wouldn't stop staring at my mother and I while we shopped. The woman at the counter with blonde hair was too busy staring and socializing at the register to offer ANY assistance. As we were walking out due to unprofessional behavior from the workers, the man and woman decided to mutter to each other and then stare the whole time and laugh. So glad I didn't end up wasting more of my money in this store. Absolutely despicable behavior from "professionals". Do better.

Most friendly staff I have encountered in a long time. Came in just before close and they couldn’t be anymore accommodating. Our sales lady Janice was the sweetest!

Excellent product, sad to say worse culture when it comes serving customers, love the brand and disgusted by how poor the customer service is. I visited their store in Santa Fe NM, loved a Jacket, but did not buy because the sale associate was extremely rude and racist, yes racist and obvious about it. When i came back to my home State, Virginia I looked them up online and decided to purchase the Jacket and tried to reach out to their customer service hotline. To my surprise the same exact culture, I presume this company is rude to the core of its existence because they think they have a product you can't find else where.

In love with my new bomber jacket - no idea it was a local small company. Sales associates super friendly and helpful, not pushy. They ship free anywhere to the US if you purchase but unfortunately i was flying back to Hong Kong. Can’t wait to wear it there in the winter months.
