I asked them to fix my vintage Omega Seamaster watch. After several tries, they went above and beyond by sending it to one of their contacts in Utah. That did the trick and I want to thank Opulent for sticking with me and making the customer the most important part of the transaction.

I highly recommend this store. My father passed away leaving me his Tag Heuer watch. I needed 2 links put back in it so I could wear it. I visited Diva Jewelry downtown originally. this should be a $5-15 job. they quoted me $200. I kid you not. I took my watch to Opulent and they fixed it in 2 min for free. while I waited. This is the kind of customer service I expected in this town. nice job Opulent.

Avoid this shop. I brought 3 rings in to be resized. I was told twice that they were ready when they were not, and I live an hour away. It took over 4 months to get my rings back, only to find they were not sized properly because they hadn't checked what ring sizes I needed. When I finally picked them up, one hadn't been adjusted at all and the jeweler said he would recharge me!

Bret Houston co-owner of Opulent is the most talented jeweler in Santa Fe, by far. He has created a number of pieces for me that are off the charts beautiful and so different. He is so creative. I’ve also seen pieces he’s made for friends and other people that are so stunning. Anyone needing stones reset, jewelry repair or a special piece of jewelry created, look no further. He has great connections and finds the best and most perfect stones. He’s made a sapphire, a peridot, and a diamond ring for me and is currently working on a diamond necklace. I absolutely love his work.

While visiting friends in Santa Fe, I stopped into Opulent Fine Jewelry & Furs. Suzanne, one of the owners helped me purchase a fabulous vintage fur coat. Her knowledge of furs and her assistance in helping me with my purchase made shopping there a wonderful experience.I recommend to anyone looking for a slightly used and vintage fur to definately shop there. Brett is amazing , he designed my other wedding ring and it's so pretty.. a stone fell out he added another one was so profound and awesome, he also made my mom some earrings..I also take my other jewelry.. his wife and coworkers are wonderful

Awesome place the people are very friendly! Great selection, I bought my mom a beautiful fur coat for Christmas and a couple of masks for myself and they gave me a great deal, will recommend this place to friends and family... I will definitely be back!!

I loved my experience in Opulent a few days ago. Opulent is under new management and what a difference! I needed a new battery for my watch. I was courteously told that it would take about 5 minutes so I ended up chatting with the 2 gals working there; Linda and Ann. They were delightful and very helpful. I suggest giving it a new try now that it is under new management. I look forward to going back!Jennifer

I took in two coats for cleaning at the end of October. It cost $175.00 each for the cleaning and was told they would have to make repairs if necessary. OK, that was fine. I had not heard anything thing from them , so the first of December I went by to see if my coats were back and was informed the plant in Denver was closed for a month. Would have been helpful to know this in advance. Still, time ticks by and nothing...I went in last week (February 24th) and the coats were back. The owner or manager (Suzanne) I believe proceeded to tell me my coat alterations were $200!! I thought this to be a little expensive but, okay I had agreed to that. To add insult to injury, she went on to say that she understood my coat was from a yard sale and this type of coat was not worth anything. First, not from a yard sale and second if they thought my coat was such trash and not worth anything why have me spend $375 to have it cleaned and repaired. I moved here from Washington, DC and my furrier there would have told me whether a coat was worth cleaning or not. Unprofessional and rude. When I asked why no one had called to let me know my coats were back she said she did not know. Next time, I need to have a coat cleaned I will drive it to Denver myself! I come from a professional retail background and would never treat anyone this way. I will never go to this store again and will tell everyone I know to stay away. Learn some customer service!

Queens Ransom, when entering the store I must say I was impressed by the variety of clothing. Even a small men's section. The owner however is a very rude and downright unpleasant woman! It's beyond me how a person like this is in the customer service industry. Speaking to people almost as if it is a privilege to shop in this over priced, dime a dozen, "upscale" Santa Fe store! If I were able to give less than one star, I would! Do not "Pretty Woman" profile people!
