Loved our room! We have not had much interaction with the staff, but those we have connected with have been very helpful and kind. Great location. Convenient to the galleries, shops, and restaurants of Santa Fe. Daily housekeeping unlike many other hotels. I highly recommend Old Santa Fe Inn!

My wife and I just finished a 3 night stay at the inn. Great location, walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. We walked everywhere. Great service, going over and above to provide us with a simple breakfast to go for an early flight. Comfortable beds, that isn't always the case on the road. After a week in NM our best meal was at the new restaurant at the Inn, great decor, simple but high quality menu and great service.

Both check in and check out staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room is spacious and very clean. It is at a perfect location, five minutes walk to the plaza but far enough to be quiet. We also walked to Saturday market and canyon road, both are only ten minutes away. Breakfast is very nice too. If we ever visit Santa Fe, we would stay again.

Great location for Santa Fe. Within a 8-10 minute walking distance of Downtown Santa Fe. WiFi was fast, fire places in room, heated floors in bathroom, and great (free with stay) breakfast with a good variety of foods. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

One of the absolute BEST hotels/inns that I have been to.The service is wonderful!The bistro (newly added) has wonderful salmon, and one of the staff gave us free chips and salsa!Everyone here is extremely nice. Would highly recommend.PS. They have free cookies + coffee/tea from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Would recommend going at four for the cookies.

Great hotel perfectly located right on the Old Santa Fe plaza. Wear comfortable walking shoes! There is no need to drive. And bring an appetite.

??️ we only stayed one night which was in line with our expectations. From the outside the structure looks very characteristic, it's a shame that it went through a period of renovation which affected the main rooms.We slept in the Motel rooms and the care and furnishings are really of a good standard, it's a pity that there were various noises inside and outside the room (poorly soundproofed) which lowered the experience of the stayThe hall and breakfast area are very beautiful. Wide assortment for a quality continental breakfastFinally, we really appreciated the attention paid to the waste disposal system (in many years of travel, the first time we have found such attention, congratulations!)Last thing: stratospheric location, 5 minutes walk from the Plaza

Great experience at this wonderful hotel. We loved Heather at the front desk. Friendly, knowledgeable, and Hospitality +. TY Heather. Additionally, the new restaurant at this hotel, we call it Savannah's Lounge at the Old Santa Fe, was incredible for dinner tonight. Not only was the food incredible, great value and the evening was made special by Savannah. She was the best! Hold on to her tight, as someone so special cannot be duplicated. The surprise RESORT FEE of $25 that is due at check-in—rather than just being on the bill when I booked the room—really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Car salesman tactics. And after they go on about the "complimentary" breakfast…In response to the owner: Resort fees are problematic for being a hidden fee and an unscrupulous business practice. However, many o your competitors choose to at least collect that fee at the point of booking. We both know that once a guest is in the lobby for check-in, the opportunity to seek out other hotels is pretty much closed. Did you disclose the fee? Sure. In tiny type at the very bottom of the booking page at the very last moment you could get away with it.

The staff were kind, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms and premises were lovely and comfortable, and location was ideal for walking to and around downtown Santa Fe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to stay!
