Initially, upon my arrival that morning, I found staffing was a little shorthanded but the team handled the delay very well, smoothly getting up to speed all while providing quality attention to each customer. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to high service standards was impressive. I feel good about the service done on my car and am grateful to the service team. I highly recommend them.

“Ron's Auto Lube on Siler. Took my car there today. They were quick, professional and very thorough!! They have a lady working the top side. She is very neat and clean the whole time. I could see her doing my car as well as the car next to me. She never spilled a drop of oil and she triple checks the oil level. When I left I was very confident that she had did a damn good job. I was happy with the service and happy with the cost!! I highly reccomend them!!!”

“Today I was at the gas station next door to this repair shop when all of a sudden my car wouldn’t start. I didn't have jumper cables, so
I asked the Santa Fe Sheriff at the next pump if he could help. Nope! Wouldn’t want to damage his truck he shouted at me before slamming his door and speeding off. So I walked next door to Brake Masters feeling less than hopeful. Mike was the manager and when I explained my issue, he promptly sent one of his guys over with a battery pack and they had my car started in 30 seconds. I had been planning to take it across town to the BMW dealership but they were booked into next week. Back to bother Mike. He had a new battery in it without issue in under 3 hours, despite how busy they were. He was so kind, explained everything in detail, made sure I felt great about the charges, and was so professional every step of the way. We live close by, so this will certainly be where we take our cars when they need routine maintenance and service.”
“Got in quickly for Signature Service. Only problem was I told them there were 8 Zerks that required greasing. Got home and noticed they wrote “Chassis is Sealed”. Called and asked why they did not grease, was told grease gun is broken, and to go to another JL to get it greased. Closest one is 19 miles away. They should have pointed their inability to grease it before I left.”

“They did a nice job, including making sure that they used the right oil for my car, so the warranty wouldn't be voided. The only negative was having to wait in your car until it makes it into the service bay. I could have used the time to get breakfast a short walk away. But I'll be back.”
“The service was very good, the wait was acceptable, and the shop was clean. The reason for deducting a star is they seem to not have several synthetic oil choices in stock , so I ended up paying more for Mobile 1. They were up front about this and I decided the extra cost was worth avoiding the hassle of finding another shop.”
