“Been with POA about 5 years now. Needed a very high end (for me) home system for both my Photography business and Notary side business. Need quality color and other features. Did not want a $10K copier / combo. Found a great machine for me, works well, and fits in the space.I have a monthly service agreement that includes supplies and repair. Their repair team is fast, professional and so far, kind and humorous.I did run into one glitch after 5 years, but Dino Andereggen resolved it fast, with kindness and professionalism. Showing customer loyalty is what keeps people coming back, it's why Amazon and Apple have such brand and customer loyalty. I saw it this week with Dino at POA, so from a customer almost lost, they have one that will be ongoing and loyal.”
