I ordered them online and somehow Home Depot online got it incorrect and this particular store didn’t even have the chairs in stock. The manager Charles was awesome! When I spoke with him, he actually went to the other store, picked them up and had them assembled for my parents. he went above and beyond and his customer service skills are amazing.”
