“The customer service I received from Pauline at the 1965 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505 location was absolutely incredible. She welcomed my mother and I into the store as soon as we walked through the door. She had a very friendly and welcoming smile on her face throughout the entire interaction! She was kind , knowledgeable, efficient, very accommodating, patient and most of all she was honest and did everything that she could to make sure that I left with the most affordable plan while also ensuring that I understood exactly what I was getting, what my charges were and what my monthly payment will be in the future. “Ok when first started plan. But know the want to charge you to use the bathroom. O hold on they don't even have that!! When buying a phone make sure the internal memory has 16gs before you buy. As I was not told when purchase made and phone could not updated!!!! Now charge me to walk in and pay??? What the hell is that??? Buyer beware!!!”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they may need more staff at one time when it's busy, but the people there try their hardest to get to everyone. Also the T-Mobile cell service in Santa Fe is a million times better than Verizon. Fast and reliable all over town. I also get better service with T-Mobile in Los Alamos and Albuquerque.”
