So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“Ok when first started plan. But know the want to charge you to use the bathroom. O hold on they don't even have that!! When buying a phone make sure the internal memory has 16gs before you buy. As I was not told when purchase made and phone could not updated!!!! Now charge me to walk in and pay??? What the hell is that??? Buyer beware!!!”

“The customer service I received from Pauline at the 1965 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505 location was absolutely incredible. She welcomed my mother and I into the store as soon as we walked through the door. She had a very friendly and welcoming smile on her face throughout the entire interaction! She was kind , knowledgeable, efficient, very accommodating, patient and most of all she was honest and did everything that she could to make sure that I left with the most affordable plan while also ensuring that I understood exactly what I was getting, what my charges were and what my monthly payment will be in the future. She was so incredibly helpful and kind not only to me but to the other customers that happened to be in the store as well. Her kindness, honesty and patience has made me realize that there are without a doubt good natured, honest and kind hearted people in the world. I come in with the simplest of problems(quite more frequently than I’d like to) and they’re both able to quickly help me and get me out the door within minutes . There’s usually always only one employee per shift which can have a bit of a wait sometimes since the location is usually packed, but both ladies are professional and helpful.”
