The owner is extremely rude and did not even take the time to say hello. No one came to help us at the sales floor when I was just wanting an amount for the wire transfer for a Maybach that I like there.

M.B. Santa Fe is a small town dealership with a small town mentality. I have bought or leased approx. 12 Mercedes vehicles over my life. I lived in large cities and dealt with large dealerships, which understood it's customers drive luxury vehicles and are treated accordingly. I moved to Santa Fe a few years ago. The service department was o k, but when I wanted to buy my car off lease, as I had done previously in other places, they tried to tack on $3000 to the purchase and told me I had to use their preferred lender. Any other large dealership does this without a mark up. When I recently confronted the gen. mgr., Mike Martinez, he fawned ignorance and proceeded to tell me how great he was during a period of time G wagons were selling above MSRP, saying he didn't do this. He went on and on about how amazing he was....I just hope he didn't break his arm patting himself on the back. I was so annoyed, I sold my car today to CARVANA and bought a Tesla.Good bye Mercedes Benz, it was a great ride!

I'm visiting a good friend in Santa Fe. Her Mercedes SUV began to exhibit some daunting symptoms when we we driving. She made an appointment to take it in for diagnosis. We didn't have wait at all before they took the car in. After they put it through the diagnostic process, Robert asked her if she knew it had been in a head-on collision before she bought it. She didn't. She purchased it from CarMax and they failed to disclose that important information. Thankfully she also purchased an extended warranty. Robert worked with CarMax to find out if the work that needed to be done is covered and fixed her car after giving her a loner. Everything about the way Robert interacted with her was exceptional.

I just bought a 2023 S500 from these guys online. The salesman (Elias) was responsive and did a good job but the quality of this dealership is sub-par and does not meet the standards of the Mercedes brand. The car was advertised with ~3,500 miles and when I got the closing docs, the odometer was ~4,500 miles. 28% more miles that advertised. When I questioned it I was told not to worry about it - there's a lot of warrantee left... weak.Next the "finance manager" managed to spell the buyer's name wrong on the purchase docs. Not consistently wrong - but a variety of wrong misspellings. Impressive lack of QC. They were't able to get a FedX label printed so the package was sent late. Again, impressive.Worse thing for sure - when the car was shipped, they hadn't even bothered to clean it. There were snack-food pieces in the back seat. When paying over $100K in cash for a Mercedes I expect a higher level of service. This dealership needs to have a look in the mirror and get their act together unless, that is, they strive to attract less discerning buyers.UPDATE: So Mercedes of Santa Fe posted a response to my review asking me to call them. I called - left a message with no call back. Today I tried calling twice and no answer at the dealership and ultimately went to a voicemail that's full.Furthermore, it's been more than a week and I still don't have my closing docs or title to my car. I'm beyond unimpressed by these guys and now am getting concerned that they might be a total scam. If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would.Really unfortunate - terrible service.

Quick shout out to the service team at Mercedes Santa Fe. We have an older 13 year old ML350 and the service we received was finished before it was promised and perhaps the main reason I am writing this is that Anthony the service manager and his service advisor Robert are both available when I reached out. Anthony, answers the phone and returns his emails. The communication is tops with this team and this is very important when you are out one vehicle.

These people are absolutely amazing, kind, and honest! I highly recommend this dealership. In 2021 my wife and I were on a multi-month cross-country road trip from Virginia to California and back when the drive shaft on our G-Wagen broke and started to make cluncking noises. We had to go on a detour from Telluride to Santa Fe to get the car repaired. The dealership was able to make the time to accomodate the repair, and special order the part the same week that we arrived in Santa Fe. They gave us a discount on a very expensive part, and were very reasonable with the repair costs too, and did a great job.Keep in mind that this is a small dealership and their main priority is their local customers. I am very grateful that they were able to help me so quickly.Special thanks for Larry Montoya, the service manager, and Jacob Rivera, the parts manager. Thanks so much, Larry for helping me, and for the off-roading recommendations around Santa Fe!

After spending a few months in New Mexico I was preparing to head back to Massachusetts. I thought I was going to have trouble with my starter which you don't want on a road trip in a place that you don't know any mechanics. It wasn't my starter it seemed to be my keys and they were starting to act up and it appeared something was stuck where you put the keys and the starter button was always delaying. Traveling with two dogs and five birds can easily put you on edge when something like this happens especially during the winter. I looked on their website and saw they were booked into the beginning of February I needed something ASAP or I was gonna take you fishing on the Internet for a mechanic. I went in and sort of a panic and their service team couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately looked at my car, replace both key batteries and figure it out there was paper stuck where my keys would go. When I tried to pay them something they said I was all set. I don't think that it would've happened if I had gone just anywhere.I am so grateful to them.

Elias Martinez is the best salesman. Answered all our questions and has been helpful since the day we bought our car in January of 2022. I still get my questions answered by him. We will always return to the dealership for any upgrades or assistance. Thank you, Elias, for always being so friendly and attentive. We truly appreciate you.

We bought a brand new 2023 RV built by Winnebago on a Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 chassis from a dealer in Central California. They are NOT a Mercedes Dealer. We live in Missouri. As we were driving home 2,000 miles leaning about the functions of the Mercedes, we discovered the Mercedes Me Connect App. After trying to use it as instructed to validate our ownership we found a bug in the platform. We called Mercedes support. They agreed there was an issue and told us to simply go to a dealership and they would quickly and easily help us validate so we could activate the App fully. The first dealer we could easily get to was Mercedes Benz in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Stopped in yesterday to get some help. Upon explaining our situation, the Guardian at the door immediately launched into a series of veiled complaints that we had to go to the dealer we bought it from. Remember, they were not a dealer. She went to talk to people in the back complaining the whole way. She came back, still complaining, and told me we would have to wait for their “Sprinter Specialist”. He was selling a convertible to another customer. Sprinter expert? Then told me it would cost almost $200 for his time to activate it. I even tried to explain it was Mercedes that sent me. She didn’t care a bit. Without words she called me a liar.By the way the Mercedes Me Connect app is not unique to Sprinters. Her explanation that an expert was required was simply a dismissal of us. Basically she said, “You don’t deserve our help!”I was, of course, quite offended. We’re brand new Mercedes owners. Our value to them is just as much as the guy buying the convertible that cost less than our RV. I walked out fuming! Is this how Mercedes wants their shops to treat customers? Is this what luxury means to them? Is this Guardian at every dealership? Is their job to prevent people like me from getting help? The undeserving have to get past her to get help? There is an error in the Mercedes App. Mercedes confirmed this and sent me to a dealership. I expected service with a smile, especially as a new owner. What I got was a slap in the face.I expect nothing less than an apology from her and the dealership owner. My next step will be to climb the corporate ladder if nothing is done at the local level.Shame on this dealership!

Worst Mercedes service department in the Southwest. Won’t answer phone calls, won’t return messages, don’t provide updates on your vehicle, and otherwise have zero sense of customer service. Lazy and shady.I wrote a more extensive review earlier, last week, but apparently that was taken down. Go figure.
