Mena's does exceptional work, and they have a professional and friendly staff that is knowledgeable in their craft. Ismael thoroughly explains the work that's needed so the customer leaves with an understanding of how the repair will be made. Dolores is professional, courteous, and prompt in returning calls. Overall this place provides the customer with a positive experience to an otherwise unfortunate situation of dealing with a wrecked vehicle. I highly recommend!!!

I brought my car in 2 weeks ago after , I ran into a deer. I wondered what was going on, so I stopped by yesterday to check . My car was inside the shop , partly taken apart. I called State Farm and I was told that Ismael had not turned in an estimate. I have now contacted Menas and have told them they need to get the work done . perhaps he does not have the employees to do the work . I do not know but really 2 weeks ? I also looked at the reviews more carefully . He got 5 stars but they were from 2019 & 2020. I don't know what is going on

I was looking for some quick body work in Santa Fe and went to at least a dozen other shops. Either they were too busy or gave crazy high quotes. Ismael is a honest and true gentleman who got the job done in 30 minutes and charged me very fairly. Hight recommend this business.

Someone backed into the side of our Prius and left a major cave-in. Ismael and his crew at Mena’s restored the area like new! The price was reasonable, and the workmanship professional. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting

Great experience! Having my car wrecked was so upsetting! I had heard that a car will never look the same after having body work, but Mena's went above and beyond. My car looks great and they went out of their way to make sure they met my expectations and got factory parts rather than what the insurance wanted to use. I thank the office manager who facilitated it all. She was excellent!

I drive a Honda Fit and when I was rear ended by a BMW SUV at a red light my insurance company decided to classify my car as a total loss. A friend suggested I take my car to Mena's as the damage was only cosmetic and I wanted my car fixed. It took longer than originally anticipated because it was during the time with supply problems. But when completed, it was less than their estimate and done perfectly. And I am very pleased having my old car back. I would whole heartedly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Mena's did a good job in a timely manner. Though my job was a fairly minor cosmetic issue, they were fair - both to me and my insurance company. They followed up, ensured the parts were there before I brought the vehicle in and worked with my schedule. Santa Fe could use a few more businesses like Mena's.Service: Body & Trim

Mena's repaired body damage to my Lexus RX 300. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional, as was the work done on my vehicle. Dolores, the front office manager and estimator, is highly professional and courteous and a wonderful communicator. What a breath of fresh air!!
