From the beginning of the process with Delores, I was so impressed. She was professional, kind and informative. She was able to provide me with an estimate while I was there. Because of her, I decided we needed to go with Mena’s Coachworks.
The company did GREAT work and it was done within the timeline Delores provided me. There were no surprises when we picked up the car, as the cost was exactly as the estimate I was given.
Truthfully I went with Mena’s Coachworks because of my experience with Delores. And, great work was provided. If I ever need body work again, this is where I will go.

Mena's does exceptional work, and they have a professional and friendly staff that is knowledgeable in their craft. Ismael thoroughly explains the work that's needed so the customer leaves with an understanding of how the repair will be made. Dolores is professional, courteous, and prompt in returning calls. Overall this place provides the customer with a positive experience to an otherwise unfortunate situation of dealing with a wrecked vehicle. I highly recommend!!!

I brought my car in 2 weeks ago after , I ran into a deer. I wondered what was going on, so I stopped by yesterday to check . My car was inside the shop , partly taken apart. I called State Farm and I was told that Ismael had not turned in an estimate. I have now contacted Menas and have told them they need to get the work done . perhaps he does not have the employees to do the work . I do not know but really 2 weeks ? I also looked at the reviews more carefully . He got 5 stars but they were from 2019 & 2020. I don't know what is going on

I was looking for some quick body work in Santa Fe and went to at least a dozen other shops. Either they were too busy or gave crazy high quotes. Ismael is a honest and true gentleman who got the job done in 30 minutes and charged me very fairly. Hight recommend this business.

Great experience! Having my car wrecked was so upsetting! I had heard that a car will never look the same after having body work, but Mena's went above and beyond. My car looks great and they went out of their way to make sure they met my expectations and got factory parts rather than what the insurance wanted to use. I thank the office manager who facilitated it all. She was excellent!
