Driver was on time. The gentleman were very polite. They got the bed set up very quickly. It looks great when they were done.
I would suggest though somebody let purple know they need to figure out a better way to pack these mattresses for these poor installers

Jeff was really helpful. Just the right balance of personal attention and giving us space to choose which mattress felt best for us. Very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of the materials, differences in models and firmnesses, etc.
Delivery guys Pepe and Carlos were also great. Super helpful.

We were so impressed with Eddie and Juan who delivered our mattresses and adjustable bed frames. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Matthew at the Belton Missouri location was extremely knowledgeable and courteous when we later bought the headboard brackets for our new adjustable bed frames. Thank you Eddie, Juan and Matthew for making our experience stress free.

We went to the Hotel Circle location on a whim. We were greeted by Carlos who was very polite. He listened to our needs for a mattress and boxsprings and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was set up for the following day. Julian and Tony were also very polite, on time and quick. They listened to what we needed done when delivering the mattress and boxsprings. They unwrapped and took the plastic from the mattress and boxsprings so we didn't have to deal with it.
GREAT experience and I would highly recommend Carlos and this location. Thank you for taking the stress out of buying a mattress.

Mattress firm is amazing and good deals. First time buying a mattress from here and had it delivered and the delivery guys were awesome as well. Service was amazing overall and when I got it delivered, the men made sure that my bed was put in place properly without damaging anything. I would definitely be using mattress firm in the future purchases

Mattress Firm in Albuquerque is the best. Nikolas greeted is at the door. He was very friendly and guided us to right bed. Scheduled delivery for today between 12-3, but they called and asked for an earlier delivery time. Diego and Justin were very professional and courteous. They even moved a trundle set to another room for me. I'll definitely use Mattress Firm again.
