Went shopping for a birthday gift for my better half (she was with me to pick something out, so I was sure to get it right!). We were extremely pleased to have Jack take care of us and listen to what she was interested in and provided us with several selections to choose from. We decided on one of the two pieces he selected and after taking a stroll around the plaza, we returned and purchased the fabulous piece! We were so excited about the purchase, that I think we completely ignored Mr. Malouf when told he was standing right there. Oops! I'm sure all the folks are great to work with, but ask for Jack and tell him Bill and Jill sent you.

I was in town for the weekend and came into the store to browse. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and welcoming!! I ended up making a purchase and Nancy helped me! She couldn't have been nicer and the store itself is beautiful!!

Wonderful shop on the Santa Fe plaza! A great selection of beautiful jewelry and the sales associates were so friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and will be back on my next visit! It helps when the associates are so welcoming!

The service at Maloufs jewelers is top notch! The jewelry is outstanding! They have the most amazing collection of pieces and it was hard to decide. Nice stuff, even though I could only afford one sleeve on the RR shirt. Anyway, a lot of Yelpers have different opinions on the service. Yes, the eagerness to help feels a little stepping into a Hyundai car lot, but if you just let someone help you, they'll help you find sizes, help find things that match your taste, and give you some information about the items. Just say no to the scotch guarding and extended warranty.
