Sales was an average car dealership experience but when we the got the car off the lot and the check engine light popped on the horrible service that took place was mind blowing! Do not trust their service manger Robert he was horrible! They kept our for over 14 days and did not even fix the problem...I ended up paying my trusted mechanic another 700 dollars 4 days after I finally picked up my vehicle from Litha service. Robert was so rude wouldn't return my calls and angrily punched in the codes for lithia to pay for the first thing that needed to be fixed. Never take your car to lithia for service repairs!

Lithia is great. No issues so far. If there was an issue with my Jeep Lithia service remedy the situation. ?? My Jeep had to get worked on for a while they lent me a loner car.

My experience has not been good. Bought a “Certified Used Car” from them 8 months ago. Was pushed into a service contract which I ended up cancelling after seeing what it covered. So, 1.5 months later I replace both control arms ($1700), and just got back from the local Ford dealer telling me I need a new engine and Turbo, $13,500. The “125” point inspection should have caught these issues but it’s BS. Do not buy a car from these people. I am pursing legal action against this dealership. Run away, go somewhere else.
****Update**** “Owner replied to me on here, said to contact him. No shock, crickets. False sense of caring about selling cars that people have to dump money into a few months after buying. Run away from this dealership, they buy cars from rental companies that do not keep up with maintenance, and then claim they do a “125 point inspection”. It’s all BS. Never again would I buy anything from them, should have known when the salesman walked like OJ Simpson.
