Store manager Danny voice mail is full. No one will call me back. 12 month Warranty issue with Transmission. An they are about to get away with it. 11 months into the issue. Eric with service is apparently too busy as well. Carlos with parts can't seem to get the paperwork pushed thru either. I've been on phone with landrover for months. Headquarter, manager, management, N.Y, AR, NM. etc. Just wanna document the need for Vaseline that seems to be coming.

I was on a hunting trip from Texas when my diesel Range Rover started putting me in low power mode. The closest dealer was Santa Fe and I'm sure glad it was because these guys had it diagnosed in 30 mins and had the part ordered next day air and I was on the road the next day by noon!! Stellar performance. Everyone is very professional and go way out of their way to help. Eric who runs the service department is top notch and hands on. I wish I lived closer I'd never buy a rover anywhere else.

For 28 years I have been a brand loyal to Land Rover. My loyalty is to the product and to the excellent service I have always received. In recent years mostly due to the long term excellent mechanics like Juan and under the leadership of Eric TROWBRIDGE. I have a feeling my loyalty will withstand the test of time.

While on vacation traveling through Taos and Santa Fe, our Range Rover sport started over heating. We were able to make it to the service dept Monday morning . They got us in and out in about three hours. Great service and great staff ! Thanks Land Rover of Santa Fe

Don’t take your car here for service! They left my LR4 sitting in the lot for a month. They kept saying they’d work on it “in the next couple of days” but never did and didn’t call with updates. Rats got into the interior. I eventually had to have it towed to another shop. Another time I got service there they failed to connect a sensor correctly which kept the AC from working. Terrible service department considering its extremely expensive - you’d expect better for the money. If they are busy or make mistakes, it’s all forgivable but their communication is terrible and they are completely unapologetic about their poor quality of service. Be warned!

I purchased my 2023 Land Rover Defender from Chrissy Bashore, salesperson, and Chrissy was absolutely incredible to work with. I did everything online and by phone, so that when I showed up to her office, I would be in and out of the dealership quickly, and I was! Chrissy was friendly, knowledgeable, organized and just an absolute pleasure. I did my financing with the finance manager, Derek Donahue, and he had everything ready to go and was also a pleasure to work with. From the time arrived, I had everything finalized and left with my new Defender within two hours. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Land Rover for your next purchase. I can't say enough how wonderful this experience was. Thank you Chrissy and Derek! I am absolutely loving my Defender! :-)

These guys are incredible! I am here in Taos on vacation and my older 2010 Range Rover Sport I drove from Fort Worth had a recall I was unaware of that ended up causing a major gas leak at the end of my journey.Eric told me to bring it on in and although they were busy, they would try to fit me in. I had the car towed in the next morning and Eric and Carlos had the car on the lift and fixed in 2 hours! I am so happy... they saved my vacation and my car is running outstanding now. Thank you guys again!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Eric T, the service manager who took us in. We were on a 3K mile road trip with our MY2022 Defender 110 - with 2/3 of it done; when all of a sudden we got a check engine light.We came in and within 3 hours the team:Saw our car immediately and read the codes / errors.Luckily had the part in stock that was faultyReplaced the new partEven cleaned the car (which had a zillion dead bugs from the trip so far)And everything covered with warrantyFrom the courtesy, the promptness and the overall service - Land Rover Santa Fe service is just top notch.We were lucky that the service issue was addressable and that we could be back on our way within a few short hours.Thanks Land Rover Santa Fe and Eric T!

I’ve always brought my vehicle here for the oil change. It’s fast, the lobby is clean and their coffee machine offers a variety of delicious flavors to enjoy while you wait. I like that it’s not so expensive, the staff is kind and professional plus my car gets washed. I gladly recommend them for your next oil change. ? %

I have been there twice and both times have been very satisfactory. A shout out to Eric Trowbridge and Carlos Vigil who were personable and professional in the service department. The waiting area is not the fanciest I’ve been in but there are snacks, soda and a great cappuccino machine! They will also transport you to area malls, movies or coffee shops and pick you up. Finally, I like this dealership for supporting the Santa Fe Symphony…

We had a horrible experience at this dealership. Eric Trowbridge informed us that we needed a new engine and told us he would help us get assistance from the Goodwill program through JLR. I had to continually follow up with Eric Trowbridge even though he would tell me he would call me to follow up; there was never any new information to report on our vehicle just excuses; and after having our vehicle 9 months we found out we did not need a new engine. We needed a new turbo. The Santa Fe Land Rover dealership had our vehicle almost 9 months and could not figure out the turbo went out which is what Boerne Land Rover dealership figured out in 2 days. It was the most frustrating exhausting process I ever experienced. We wasted so much money in 9 months renting cars, paying insurance for a vehicle we didn’t even have, and eventually hiring a lawyer. All of this done and to find out we could have just bought a new turbo and been sent on our way. We never received any assistance from JLR. I would NEVER recommend owning a Land Rover and if you have one don’t take it to this dealership.

Hard to have a better Saturday. We woke up and watched little league baseball 4hrs south. Drove to Land Rover Santa Fe with 2 of our vehicles and left for an amazing lunch at Sassella riding in a brand new Range Rover. Now this spectacular thing is parked in our garage.Short story. These people are fantastic to work with, they do what they say they will do, and they will get down to business to ensure you know they respect your time.We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and the experience at Land Rover Santa Fe.
