We searched the entire mall for a special gift for a friend and found a pair of earrings that were perfect and fit into our budget!
The shop is stocked with a variety of classy woman’s attire. The sales staff is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of their product.
Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised!

I have tried to shop at this place every time we visit our vacation home in Santa Fe. It took three trips for a sales person to acknowledge my presence. Turns out the sales person was just inconvenienced by my questions. I understand that employees are scarce these days, but the unfriendly and rude store environment has persisted for years. I give up, I won't be going back.

We have a vacation home nearby and I have tried to shop here every time we come to Santa Fe. After years of being either ignored by the sales people or clearly inconveniencing them, I give up. I won't be back.

I visited Santa Fe 3 times in 2020 and found this beautiful boutique by happenstance and felt immediately attracted to the beautiful sophisticated clothes. I’m from New York City, the fashion capital, so it takes a lot to impress me. The styles are unique and upscale. There are no cheap bargains in this store. The sales lady was a mature knowledgeable woman who left me alone and didn’t hover over me so I spent over an hour looking at tops, sweaters, jackets, and coats. I bought a jacket for $125 that I love. It has a print from an art piece and i know I’m not going to see it mass produced.

I just bought 4 beautiful tops and one summer sweater from Kioti! I have been looking forever for bright colorful tops for a couple of months. They had exactly what I was looking for in the right sIze!! such helpful and delightful staff. Very lovely store with great designs for ALL size women. I will be back!!

Nice inventory but short sighted return policy. I have 2 brand new items from christmas that I wanted to trade in towards something more expensive, not to mention we would have bought several more items. I would encourage the owners to take some business classes or join a master mind group. I don't care about the money, but hate to see good items wasted this way.

I was running some errands at DeVargas mall and happened upon Kioti. What a lovely shop! Excellent customer service and a great selection on clothing and accessories.I bought a few items, and will be back for more. Joan was very helpful and friendly!

Horrible store! Customer service is absolutely nonexistent - they are not honest about their return policy, the salespeople in the store are not polite, and the clothing quality is subpar! There are much better stores with much better quality clothing and service in Santa Fe. Support the good ones and don’t waste your money at Kioti!

I am shocked this store is even still open, as over the years they have exhibited absolutely horrible customer service. Beware of their return policy, as the sales people are not honest. Go ANYWHERE else in Santa Fe for your clothing. This store is not ethical and you can find better fashion, better quality, and better service elsewhere!
