LOVE my beautiful Australian opal and Marquis diamond ring we found in Santa Fe. We had visited this store 10 years ago, but weren’t able to purchase anything back then. This visit we picked up this beautiful and unique ring,. The staff was so helpful and friendly and it was a wonderful experience! ? ????

Huge selection but didn't live up to their promise. They were to have my ring sized & have a mounting done so that my diamond would fit right in. When they finally sent it it was the wrong size & the mounting was not the right size, & according to my Jeweler they did a sloppy job of soldering. After 2 weeks who wants to send it back again & see what they might do to it. Spent way to much money having it fixed so it would work with my stone. Especially since it was all supposed to be done especially since it was a costly right to begin with.

The staff at Kenny's is amazing. I had a diamond ring from my mother and wanted it set in something a bit more "me." They came up with several designs and we settled on one that I'm so proud of. I know my mother would have loved it also. Meghan and Frank were so good with communicating the progress. Although I had to wait several weeks, it was well worth the wait. I'm so happy with it.

Frank is the man! I have never been to a jewelry store in my life as I felt the employees will take advantage of me but after entering Frank greeted us professionally and not in an intimidatating manner and once we were ready to browse he made the process so simple we both felt comfortable the entire time! Plus we mentioned our budget and he directly laid out our options without forcing anything out of the budget! I came to this jewelry store with a friend on the evening of May 14th. She purchased a ring from them and I was looking to possibly buy one as well. I picked out a ring and immediately they said they would give it to me for 1/2 the marked price. So I was a little skeptical but thought we'll my friend just bought something and maybe they need sales for the night. I ended up buying a gold ring with turquoise and a pair of turquoise earrings that they also offered 50% off. We went back and forth about buying it and the second guy in the shop came over and said give it to her for the price she is asking. I was so thrilled and I love the ring it is very pretty. However, I got home and had my jeweler take a quick look at it and he said it is a synthetic blend of turquoise and worth hundreds of dollars less than what I paid! Here I was thinking I got a great deal and a nice piece of jewelry to remember the trip and instead I got ripped off with something that is not even worth the 50% discount! That makes sense of why they immediately offered it to me at such a low price. I am a traveler and they must have known that because now I have a piece of junk jewelry and I don't have any other options other than to just accept I got ripped off and hope others don't make the same mistake.

I will never be getting my jewelry from anywhere else! Kenny's has made both me and my husband's wedding bands along with my parents and they have all come out better than I could have ever imagined. From the moment we walked in the store being greeted by Frank I was blown away. He was so patient and attentive and helped make our imaginations a reality.
