The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a historic and classic hotel with a fantastic location, steps from the Plaza, restaurants, unique shops, and hiking trails. The spa delivers outstanding experiences, and the staff is frequently praised as amazing, attentive, warm, friendly, and going above and beyond. Some notes mention the hotel is not ideal for busy business travel, with potential issues like rooms with audible adjoining doors, slow tub drains, and a lack of convenient outlets. I have never had better service at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide guest services as well as pull off an event in their beautiful venue space with a short turnaround.

POOL REVIEW ONLY: I stayed at a sister resort down the street, but we were allowed to use the pool here. It was clean, well setup, and the staff were so amazing. What a great experience. Next time we’ll probably just stay here and we can update the review on the room situation.
