Used Ian and Theresa's shop the previous few years (before recently selling my MINI) and they provided the best service I've ever had from a mechanic. Great communication, reliable, fast turn around, honest and kind! Can't recommend them enough.

I have received excellent service for the last several years on my 2009 MINI Cooper. Service has always been prompt. Ian and Theresa are easy to talk to and willing to answer all questions. Emails are answered in no time. I can't say enough good about Ian's Garage.

We were on our way to the Grand Canyon when the intake boot for the turbo charger blew apart on my M235i. We limped into Santa Fe after reading the reviews for Ian's Garage on a Sunday evening. We were at Ian's Garage before 8:00 a.m. Monday morning hoping he could help. He came out to greet us almost immediately, assessed the situation, and told us that as soon as his wife was available he would have her search for the part. But he couldn't guarantee that she could find the part in today's environment. Before lunch, Teresa called to tell us she had found the part and could have it overnighted for no additional charge. She called around 11:30 the next day to tell us that the part had arrived and if we could bring it in right away they could get it put on. By 1:00, the car was fixed, despite the fact that he was booked two and one half weeks out! So, now we can make our reservations at the Grand Canyon tomorrow! They are truly wonderful people, going out of their way to help make our vacation plans work out!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We own two Minis and have received the best service and care ever at Ian's Garage! Ian is Very knowledgeable and quick to identify a problem. We had an emergency with our Countryman just before a long trip. Not only did Ian solve the situation, he did a complete check of the car. Realizing that winter may be approaching, he even replaced the windshield wipers. Just an example of his concern and the thoroughness of his work. He is by far the best Mini technician that we have worked with in over nine years of Mini ownership. His rates are very fair and reasonable unlike other mechanics we've encountered.

While on a roadtrip from NY our car decided to act up. We searched online and found Ian, called and they said they are fully booked but they will take a look at the issue. They were able to fix the issue for us within 2 days. They are so nice and helpful, with fair prices. I am thankful I found Ian's garage, they saved our lives and we were able to continue with our roadtrip!
