Purchased my Honda Ridgeline through their online sales department, all I can say is wow... Super professional, efficient, and our rep Mark was amazing. It would be foul for my wife and I not to give credit to their finance department on the Subaru side of the house as well. The lady who assisted us was also amazing, she provided us with our Honda associated military discounts to include on areas we did not realize existed.Would highly recommend this Honda/Subaru dealership. Kudos to the dealerships team and thanks for making it a super easy and efficient purchase.

I recently bought my first car from a dealership, and I chose Honda of Santa Fe because they had the specific car I was looking for. My experience with this dealership was absolutely top notch. The main person I worked with was Dan Chavez, who initially reached out to me through text after I submitted an inquiry online. He was very communicative in answering my questions before making the trip from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and helped me to feel comfortable traveling to look at the car. Once I arrived, he had the car pulled up front and ready to look at and was able to explain all of the bells and whistles as if he had been driving the car himself for a while. The dealership offered me a good price on my trade-in considering that it did have some damage, so I decided to make the purchase. Dan then introduced me to Michelle Mitchell who went over the financial information with me, described the different available warranty products, and finalized my federal and state paperwork. She was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all questions, and also gave me a good deal on my warranty. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership, even if you have to make a trip to see them. Dan and Michelle were both fantastic so if you have the chance, ask for them!

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE WORK AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Our mother was in an accident and her vehicle had to be taken to this dealership for internal repair as well as to an auto body shop for the body work. To start, the mechanics at Honda couldn't put back on a fender correctly THREE different times. Then the woman in charge of customer service tried to lie and say that they took photos before they began service; that the fender was always like that. There was never an issue with the fender being positioned incorrectly until Honda got a hold of the vehicle.A few days after Honda performed the initial work, the vehicle broke down on the highway with the shutter grille sensor going off on the service engine light as well as tire sensors. Then the entire power went out and the screen went black. It was as if the power on the vehicle was going out. It appeared the shutter grille had either been tampered with and/or had been taken out and put back into the vehicle incorrectly, in which the vehicle had to be taken back to them. They blamed the auto body shop for making the mistakes they made, including the fender, the shutter grille, tire sensor issues, and electrical problems (which were not body work). In addition to that, after contacting the insurance company to inform them of the continuous issues, Honda wouldn't fit my mom in and made her wait approximately another month to fix their mishaps.The vehicle didn't have issues prior to the accident, and Honda doing any repair work. Yet, it has consistently had issues ever since. The head mechanic at Toyota has looked over the vehicle and can vouch for this awful service, as he is witness to the vehicle and maintenance before Honda got a hold of it and afterward.They were extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional to a 74-year old woman/customer; and still didn't get the job done correctly. They should be ashamed of themselves and fortunate that a harassment and discrimination lawsuit hasn't been pursued. Huge thumbs down for the service department of this dealership. If you can take your vehicle elsewhere, we strongly suggest you do so. We only put ONE STAR because Google wouldn't allow ZERO STARS.

I typically don't like leaving bad reviews. However, in this case, we were so disappointed, I had to.First, we were reprimanded for being a few minutes late for our appointment and told that they almost cancelled us. When making the appointment, we told the service department that we'll be driving from 2 hours away. By "a few minutes" I mean 10-15 minutes at most. Of course we had to leave our vehicle with the dealership all day "for their convenience!"Then, our vehicle was returned to us in a much WORSE condition than we brought it in. The original work was a recall for the rear camera cabling. There were items just thrown in around the interior, filthy, broken and loose clips, plastic not installed properly, spare tire not bolted in, and on and on.The only times we take our two Hondas (with which we are utmost happy with) to this dealership is when there is a recall. Every time, this dealership returns our vehicles in a worse condition, which just breaks our hearts. Whatever happened to customers first, a good customer service, and good workmanship? We certainly hope that others have a better experience with this dealership; we don't and don't even want to come back for anything. I hate to say this.

I've bought multiple cars from this location. I love the quality of Honda vehicles, but the service department treats their loyal customers badly. I had to call over 15 times over a period of a week to schedule a routine oil change. It doesn't matter if it's routine business hours or lunch time. They don't answer their phones!! I shouldn't have to call 15 times over multiple days and multiple times of the day to get someone to answer the phone in the service center. And to top it all off the lady at the service center was extremely rude. As I was expressing my frustration in the waiting room, multiple customers agreed that this was their same experience as well. Poor treatment of loyal customers. Something needs to change.

I'm not sure they are still in business. They don't answer their phone so I can't really review the actual business, only their disregard for existing customers. I've tried calling them at least 6 times and still haven't gotten through to their service department. Most of the time, I got the receptionist who directed my call to Honda (over Subaru). Once or twice the receptionist line never got picked up either. The other times the service department never picked up the phone. I let it ring at least 20 times. Twice a recording directed me to leave a voice mail, which I did. They were never returned. I sent an email and got a response saying someone would call me shortly. It's been weeks...no call. My advice is to buy a car from a dealership that at least answers their phone. I'd think twice about this one.

Nice facility. Often don't carry the right tire or battery for Honda vehicles. Free wi-fi at 0.75 Mbps, about as slow as a drunk turtle. Friendly service

Drove my Acura to Honda of Santa Fe to replace the battery, after being jumped by AAA at the Flying Tortilla, where it failed to start after lunch. The AAA tech didn't have the right kind of replacement battery in his truck. He was kind enough though to replace four plugs that had been lost, the kind that secure the battery cover, and he did get me started so I could get over to Honda. The Honda tech took my VIN, checked his stock and told me that they had the right battery. I agreed to buy, gave over my key, and went to the waiting room for an expected 1 to 1.5 hour wait. After waiting about an hour and a half I was told that they did not have the right kind of battery. No apologies. They did get me started, and I drove home and immediately and made an appointment with Montano Acura in Albuquerque, after being assured that they had a battery for me. When I hooked the car up in the garage for an overnight charge to get me started in the morning for my Albuquerque trip, I noticed that all but one of the battery cover plugs that the AAA guy had given me were gone. Not a great afternoon.

Nick at Honda of Santa Fe was amazing! After searching the dealerships in Albuquerque, I found a car online and gave Honda of Santa Fe to see if it was still available and I spoke to Nick who was knew exactly what car I was calling about and gave me some info before I decided to make the drive up there. When I arrived, Nick was outside waiting and had the car out front ready for me to test drive. Nick was friendly, informative, and I felt that he truly advocated for me throughout the process as a first time buyer.Despite being a first time buyer, I was not an easy buyer by any means and Nick handled my stubbornness with ease and never made me feel like I wanted was something we couldn’t achieve and was able to close the deal and make me happy. Nick truly went above and beyond for me, and I will always be grateful for his help. I dealt with a handful of car dealerships and car salespeople, but Nick really stood out from the rest and I would highly recommend this dealership because of him!

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and this dealership happened to have what I wanted. Unfortunately, after spending $28k dollars, they have completely neglected to offer what I would consider bare minimum customer service. When I test drove the vehicle, I was told they did a comprehensive mechanical inspection of the car. When I returned home (to Taos) with the vehicle, I realized there were two interior pieces that were broken and neglected by the service department. I called Gregory, the salesman, and he advised me to bring the vehicle in to have them repaired, which I did. The mechanic told me they were fixed and I once more drove the 1.5 hours home, only to realize that he had tried to 'fix' them with tape and glue, which didn't even last the drive home. I have since been into the dealership 3 separate times to have these same things fixed. Again, I live 1.5 hours away, so not a quick trip. It is now 7 months after purchase and these interior pieces have yet to be repaired. About 2 months after purchasing the vehicle, my brakes started to squeal, and when I took the car for its first oil change, they found that the dealership had placed the wrong air filter in my car. When I spend $28k on a car, I expect them to take their inspection seriously. I have complained to the sales manager as well as Gregory, who sold me the car, and have been ignored on all fronts. This dealership is negligent and has zero customer service skills. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here, especially not a pre-owned one.

I recently took my new Honda CR-V in for 15,000 service. Was told my tire tread was 4/32, documented on my service receipt. That didn't make sense with a new car so I asked and he said I should buy new tires and it was definitely 4/32. I didn't have the time so I took it to my local shop a few days later. Tires were 11/32 and didn't need to be replaced. What a dishonest money grab or gross incompetence. Either way I will never go back to this place and will stear anyone away who will listen.

We would like to thank Adrian for all his hard work with our recent purchase. Honda brought us to the dealership but Adrian secured the deal. Adrian worked hard to get us the right price. David in financing made sure we got the right financing. They both worked extra hard and made what is normally a painful experience into a good experience. We know we will enjoy our Odyssey even more knowing if a problem should arise, Honda of Santa Fe will be there for us because of the trust established at the beginning.
