I’ve used the parts dept over the years and the service has always been friendly and helpful. Mostly bought fluids for my crv which I recommend sticking to especially if you change your own transmission fluid.

Wouldn't sell me an fwd SUV, so had to get one out of state. Service is sometimes dishonest about parts they don't want to replace. Had service recently and my tires were not topped off after rotation even though they checked it off on the service list, had to stop on my road trip the day after to add air.
