“Great produce love the vegies especially the rocket has loads of iron in it.:The fruits are great . The red juice is a staple as well as the green box coconut milk .The gluten free bread section shrunk quite a bit.Disapointing”
“You can find many Mexican and other Latin American ingredients and produce which aren't readily available elsewhere. Prices are good and their App works quite well.”

511 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe“Clean store, friendly staff, good quality items, a nice selection of drinks, and most importantly great prices on their salads. AND they have punch cards for their half salads!I order a half salad for pickup twice a week, however I am giving a rating of four stars because 75% of the salads I pick up from ordering online end up missing something. It's possible they were just out of that ingredient that day but I have had three salads without the dressing (which I've started to specify twice on my order so it's not missed + and honestly missing dressing honestly just makes salad super sad), some missing the cheese, yesterday it was missing avocado but today it was romaine instead of kale, no dressing mixed in and no avocado. If this was a one time thing I totally would understand, they are SO busy with lunch orders and it's definitely possible they just ran out of those ingredients but at this point I think a little more care needs to go into checking the salad ingredients from online orders. Still will order these for sure but it's important for folks to know this has happened a lot so definitely double check to make sure your salad at least has the dressing you requested before checking out. I'm so happy they have this service regardless however. Thanks Kaunes!”
“Great location with a variety of selections. Supermarket staff was professional, courteous and attentive.Market had a great selection of local products such as hatch chili.”
“Market Street is even better than the use to be Albertsons. I love this store too bad its so far from where I live or I would shop here everything I needed groceries”

1090 S St Francis Dr, Santa Fe“I was a bit disappointed when they moved from my side of town and have less of the things I used to buy there but it is still the best place to buy your vitamins and herbs. Knowledgeable staff.”
“This is an amazing well-stocked store with an excellent variety! They had everything that we were looking for, and then some. The fresh produce, meats, fish and deli sections are great, frozen food food aisles, everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. And it sure beats driving all the way into Santa Fe!”
“Everything you need to stock up on water and vegan snacks during travel. They had some excellent vegan blueberry muffins made in the bakery and gave my son a sticker”
“Some past reviewers commented negatively about customer service. There must be an ongoing emphasis on this by management because I have been experiencing great treatment recently. Rebekah, in Health and Beauty went out of her way during both our phone and in-store interactions and she did so in a very warm and friendly manner, as if it was not a bother. Also, the gentleman, who has been in that department quite a while, always acknowledges my presence. He never seems 'burnt-out' for having been there so long. As I left that department and idled in the aisles mulling over what I needed, I was asked by three separate employees, who were stocking shelves, if I needed any help and they each engaged in brief good-natured banter. The woman with the very long ponytail, stocking the aisles, is always ready to assist me. I've also recently had pleasant experiences with several employees based around the self-service machine. I hope the company treats these employees well and motivates them to happily stay. Sprouts does a good job of offering a wide variety of products.”
“What a awesome store we are from out of town and can’t believe we stumbled across it stop in and get a tamale you wont regret it what a charming experience and amazing story of American spirit”
“Love this place! Whether you want to stop for a quick grocery trip they have fresh produce, meat counter and tons of canned goods, or to get a delicious snack this is the place to go. There is so many delicious snacks they have to offer, you wouldn’t believe it until you see the menu. They honestly have the best munchies. I always get the elote en vaso and ask for extra spicy and a Katherine (mango, pineapple, strawberries in crema). Today we tried the Dorinachos they were ?it was Nacho cheese Doritos, queso, jalapeños, corn, and I think cotija or queso fresco not sure. This place is ALWAYS amazing and the prices are too. The workers are also friendly which is a huge plus. Don’t think twice just go check it out!!!!”

Santa Fe“I thought I lost my ID here on Christmas Eve Eve and went back on Christmas Eve- obviously an insanely busy time of year. The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”
“Very friendly.Great meat cuts, great variety of herbs, over the counter medicine,Mexican spices, fresh produce, great prices and all in a great location in the Zia center off Airport Rd/southside of town.”
“For Bakery: I ordered a cake on 06/21/24 to be ready on 06/24/24. It was for a retirement celebration. My coworker picked it up yesterday, 6/24. Today, when I looked at it, I noticed that "Retirement" was spelled incorrectly as "Ritirment." The cake was also not very aesthetically pleasing. I was very disappointed because this was a special occasion and I couldn't present that cake to my employee. I called, very frustrated, and asked for either a full refund or for the cake to be remade today, 6/25, as the celebration was taking place today. The girl who helped me, whose name I didn't get, was very apologetic for whoever made the mistake and offered to remake the cake for me. When I picked it up, it was beautifully made; you could tell that she wanted to make up for the error. I am so thankful to this person for going the extra mile in remaking it. That's great customer service, and it turned this potential 1-star review into a 5-star review. That's all it takes, to own the mistake and make up for it. I wish more people who are in customer service would be like this girl!! Thank you again!!
I understand that makes can be made, but hopefully, this is just a learning lesson that when people trust and choose you to make a celebration special by making a cake, the words are spelled correctly. However, I think the biggest lesson here for anyone else in customer service is to provide this type of customer service after the fact because you don't always get that. It's very important, to keep business coming back also word of mouth goes very far.”
“It’s a really cool place, they have a small convenience store, a check cashing/payment center and a paleteria that’s always bomb and friendly. Today we ordered a Katherine it has mango pineapple and strawberries in a lechera deliciousness, elote en vaso extra spicy, 2 rainbow raspados, and 2 popsicles. For about $23 dollars which is ?????? and while our treats were being made we stopped for other snacks in the grocery side Tney have a little bit of EVERYTHING. Try both locations you won’t be disappointed ?”
“Wonderful store - great food, great selection, including New Mexico products. You don't have to be a member to shop here, but I'm proud to be a lifetime member.”
“Always pretty stocked up. Sometimes, they don't have a few items I need. Great produce there. It's better than Walmart or anywhere else like it. Friendly staff and pretty quick checkouts, considering I usually spend $400-$600 each visit, so self checkout isn't really an option, honestly. But the few times I've used self checkout, it was fast and easy. Usually where I go when I need groceries.”
“What people don’t realize is that dollar general corp is cutting hours and changing policies and not allowing the stores fully staff themselves. These workers are overworked in an environment that isn’t helping them and polices that are cutting their feet off! Look it up on social media. #putinaticket
This store has been struggling to get cleaned up and the uboats in the isles were to the extreme. The employees have been working their buns off to clean up the store, organize and it its far from perfect but these employees are kicking butt! Great job and they’re always friendly to me!”
“May close much earlier than 8 pm posted here as closing time. I arrived at 6:25 pm on a weekday and the FedEx counter was already closed.Service was friendly and nice earlier in the day, though.”

2308 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe“The people here are always extra friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns and are always ready to help.
I transferred over from the other Smiths in town which was the opposite of this group.
Patrick Murphy”
“The only problem I've ever had at this particular Smiths gas station is one time I was down to my last 4 bucks and it was mostly change but not like pennies but dimes and mostly quarters and the guy was very rude and said he wasn't going to count it all out and I needed to roll it up but I told him it wasn't enough for rolls and it was only 4 bucks but he refused to take it while being very rude about it. So I went to the other Smiths station on St. Michael's and the woman took it no problem and didn't act like it was a big deal at all. I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated her doing that.”
“Whole Foods has the stuff you can’t find anywhere else in Santa Fe. Super premium food albeit at premium prices, but where else can you go for a real selection of gourmet mushrooms?”
“New, clean, well stocked with reasonably priced products. Cannot imagine whining about 10 deep lines in 20-or-less item line. Is it Walmart's fault gubment handouts are keeping the employable at home?”
“Carolyn and her team are the best in Santa Fe. Patient care and patient safety have been their priority. I feel bad for them as I have seen people get mad for even simple things. Remember— they stand all day, non stop answering phone calls and vaccinating, counseling and taking care of everyone to make sure we are all safe when they dispense the medication for us. KINDNESS is FREE. Be kind to the people who help us to be healthy. Kudos to Carolyn and her team who work very hard to take care of our pharmacy needs.”
“Was staying in the country, really needed air in my tires. Every gas stations air was not accessible except for this one and it was free.. I am so happy they were here to help. Great experience!”
“Walmart supercenter in Santa Fe is always stopped and ready to go with everything that you need espanolas Walmart supercenter however is hardly ever stopped and never has what you need”
“Joseph is a very friendly and great pharmacist as for the rest of the newer ones they don't answer phone calls this has been happening for like a couple months I don't understand I realize they are busy sometimes but several times I've called every 30 minutes for hours and they just hang up on me only to drive 12 miles into town to come to see 3 people just sitting there doing there work with no customers waiting in line it seems they just don't answer phones if they don't feel like it,its very frustrating!!!!”
“I was glad to find this place. I was introduced to calamansi, a Filipino citrus fruit that is a cross between two of the following limes, kumquats, and mandarins (depending on who you ask).
And it makes a great margarita or "calamansi-ade" if you don't want to add tequila (but in New Mexico, why not?).
They also have Yuzu drinks and lots of other specialty East Asian products. I didn't try the takeout, but they do serve hot meals here as well.”
