Wife and I visited the beautiful Santa Fe New Mexico on our 40th Anniversary and visited this store. Nice products with very substantial prices.Sal was very polite and good salesman .We purchased a ring at a discount and received the ring appraisal a few months later.It will become a family heirloom .

I want to give a big shout out to Sal. My husband had purchased a beautiful diamond and turquoise ring for me 12 years ago at Gold House when we were visiting Santa Fe. Unfortunately we had some issues with the turquoise but Sal said he would take care of it and repair it so we would not have any further issues with it. Well he did just that and had it overnighted to our home after we got home from vacation. It's as beautiful as the day we purchased it. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received and would highly recommend this business.

The PANDORA Jewelry store in this place is not good, I bought a ring 4 months ago and the gold plate has already fallen off. I went to complain and they told me that PANDORA HAS NO WARRANTY. Buy PANDORA in official stores.

Very bright and pretty shop. Ton of inventory and much of it locally made. Can’t speak to pricing but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is our go to place for jewelry. We've been coming to Santa Fe Since we moved to NewMexico. We found Gold House at first for their Pandora selection. Then we began looking past Pandora case into the jewelry cases. We found a large selection of jewelry all of it one-off. Since each piece is one of a kind you'll never see the exact same jewelry worn by someone else. We bought a new wedding ring set on that trip, we've bought rings, a custom made Kokopelli, chains and more than a few pandoras. The quality of their product is excellent. They do custom work, bring in an idea and let them do the rest. Gold House may not be the least expensive option when it comes jewelry but the quality craftsmanship and personal attention you receive makes the extra expense is well worth it.

I just purchased several cuff bracelets that I saw on a Facebook post. (With Covid I’m seeing a lot of businesses there) I talked with Cristina Perez and she was very helpful and sent extra pictures and measurements. She also answered a lot of questions and gave me the store website to look at. After a thorough investigation, I felt they were safe to shop with. After that everything moved along smoothly. My bracelets arrived today and I am extremely happy with them. Thank you Cristina Perez for your wonderful customer service!

I can't praise Gold House enough for their outstanding customer service and they certainly stand by their guarantee that they will repair your ring if it is damaged. I just had my ring fixed that I purchased in 2004. When I recieved it back it was absolutely amazing. It looked like a brand new ring. I bought a ring at Gold House a couple of years ago on a visit to Santa Fe from California. On my return to Santa Fe, the ring needed a repair so I brought it in. Within 2 weeks it was fixed and shipped back to me UPS, at no charge! Great job, Gold House!

I recently contacted The Gold House to have a ring I purchased there fifteen years ago repaired (chipped opals) and consider a possible stone upgrade. I worked with Christina, who was absolutely amazing! The repairs were done, free of charge, and she worked with me to find the perfect diamond within my budget.
