No pressure sales people that will let you wander and ask questions when you have them. We checked the other stores in town and found pushy sales people who shadowed us the whole time or didn't give us a chance to look around, with higher prices. Denver mattress had a bed we love 6 months later and within our budget. We were also able to take it home and sleep on it that night

If you are in a situation where you are buying a mattress and do not have thousands to drop, this mattress and this company will seem like a great value. The mattress itself is not all that bad, there are better. The INCREDIBLY absorbent mattress cover stains if you show it a picture of sweat. Basically anything and everything will get this thing dirty. Dirty voids your 10 year warranty. So what ever you do buy the mattress protector that does not breath and sweat your a** to death, because there is not replacing it, and yep you guessed it there is no way to clean it.

Out of all the mattress stores in Santa Fe, this is by far the best!! We bought a bed for our master, guest, and children's room. The sales team is so helpful and they know exactly how to suit our needs. I highly recommended buying your mattress here. Their mattress are so comfortable and long lasting. Denver Mattress will forever be my preferred mattress store. I was happy with the prices as well. I was able to get a package deal that included two pillows, bed protector, and pillow protectors. I'm so happy with my purchases.

Needed to replace our 10 year old mattress and was overwhelmed by all of the online options. I just needed to feel my different choices. We popped in one afternoon just out of curiosity and were greeted with excellent customer service. Matt really listened to our needs and led us to the perfect product. We went away thinking we could find a comparable mattress online. That just led to more frustration. We finally went back and worked with the same sales associate who gave us his full attention. We walked away with the bed of our dreams. I'm so glad I bought local. All in all a wonderful experience.

We just moved into a new home and were needing to upgrade our mattress and had done a lot of research online, but wanted to be able to actually experience different mattresses as well as purchase locally, we are so grateful we spoke with Matt at Denver Mattress. These days it seems rare to find salesperson who is willing to be truly present with a customer in a way that is caring, informative and humorous. Matt listened closely and quickly offered us several choices all of which met our needs. We ended up picking a model that has given us better sleep than we have had in years. We couldn't be happier thanks to Matt's help. It happened to be a sale and included in the purchase were two latex pillows. Thanks for you help and expertise, I have already referred two people!

I've bought a couple of mattresses here and had excellent service both times from Matt who took lots of time to answer all my questions (of which I had many). Delivery was on time and easy and the mattresses are awesome. And affordable. I'ma go lie down right now...
