Fiesta Nissan serviced my car professionally and efficiently. They even washed it and vacuumed the inside (sorry it was so gross!). They offered me an Uber so I could go get breakfast, which I appreciated.

I went into Fiesta with the plan of purchasing a vehicle. I was greeted by the manager on duty who was very friendly and informed me the team would do what they could to ensure I would leave with a new vehicle. He also informed me that he would do the best he could to get me the best price for my trade in. Dammien, my sales man was so patient and helpful with any questions I had. I really appreciated all the hard work everyone did to ensure I was able to leave with my new vehicle and got the most amount for my trade in. I will definitely be back to do more business here at Fiesta!

Everything was great. I gave a four star because they forgot to check air pressure on the tires. I know this because the tires needed air. Also they were suppose to put a cap on the valve of one of the tires and that wasn't done. Need to pay attention to detail. For safety reasons. Tire pressure matters!

I took my truck in for a sense repair. Prior to repair my truck was searched, cleaned out with everything within the truck that included, coin change, jacket, blanket, necklace, small tool box, tie downs (under seat), box of pictures, makeup, and new phone charger. I brought this to the attention of Brent McClure, as he stated they’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. I went to have my truck fixed not to get searched and robbed. BE AWARE!! Brent didn’t provide any assistance, all he had to say was he didn’t have thieves working there! First and last visit!

Dammian was very helpful (but not pushy) and attentive. He even called one day after my purchase to check in with me and promised to call again in a few days. I would definitely recommend this Fiesta location to car buyers.

Called them up to schedule an appointment for my car after my check engine light came on. Had to wait two weeks to get the car in, so I went to Jiffy Lube so they could at least code it.When I brought the car in, I informed them I needed my 02 sensors checked out and serviced/replaced per the code on the car.They did a full diagnostic to diagnose any other outstanding issues. They recommended a pile of other services and when I pick up the car, they didn't even touch my 02 sensor no matter how many times I asked them to!Following week, check engine light came back on. Never letting them touch my car again!!!

Oil was leaking from my car and there was another issue. At first I was told that they couldn’t schedule me until the day before I am scheduled to leave Santa Fe to drive across the country. but when I explained my situation, they very kindly scheduled my car for the following morning. I was very grateful. The oil leak turned out to be a damaged oil filter for which I was much relieved that it wasn’t something more serious.?

When we arrived the system was done and I needed a tire asap and so stressed out I was scared. At first they said they couldn’t process a sale due to the system down. I gentleman knew I was stressed and frazzled and went out of his way and checked to see if he had my size tires and to my surprise he had them in stock. I really needed to head back home to my daughter due to medical reasons in CO. He went to talk to his boss and came back and told us that he can start the process on paper. He went out of his way and was able to get my tires on the Pathfinder. This gentleman was tall with a beard and he was very professional and understanding. They are the best!!

I took my car it for a brake check and computerized battery test. They measured my brake pads, but then read the battery capacity off of the dashboard just like I am able to do. They then charged me $200 and told me that I need an oil change and transmission fluid change.This is an ELECTRIC car. It has no oil and no transmission fluid. This may be a fine place to buy a new car, but the service staff are incompetent beyond belief. Never mind their ignorance of EV's, $200 just to measure brake pads??!! I will not be back.

Brought my can in and within minutes the tech was starting to work on several issues and within five hours I was on the road. I was made aware of any issues or upcoming maintenance. They have always been there for us and straight forward with us and I appreciate their help.

Had a part go out on my turbo in 2017 Nissan Titan. My service representative was Sippi he did a great job helping me get my truck quickly. Im very grateful to the tech who worked on my truck and got it done as quickly and efficiently as he could. Overall was a good experience will definitely bring my truck back for any other service that come up. Thanks Fiesta Nissan!

Eddie Gil was wonderful. Gave me details on the vehicle, test drove, answered all of my questions. I felt perfectly comfortable and felt no pressure at all. It was a great experience overall. Eddie even offered to come in on his day off for any questions.

On vacation and my car would not start. When I got to the dealership they were very helpful and professional. Provided great quick service and I was on my way. However, beware for not leave anything in your car. A Dooney and Burke zipper pouch in the bottom of the console was "taken" without permission. Why they were in the console is beyond me. Never had this issue before. Is sad because the service person was good.
