Poor customer service, they have had my car for over 6 weeks and I cannot get anyone to give me answers. At this point. I am going to be a horrible customer right back.

I had a simple finder scrap. Even though it took longer than what they said , they did a great job. The one problem was when I would call the girl on the phone would tell me that she would have to call me back, but she never did. I set on hold for 30 minutes one day. Finally I ask Geico ins. To call for me and got results.

Good- Frendly people who got the work done and it looks to have been done well!Bad- Communication was only had when I would call or show up. Vehicle incurred additional damage in their lot that I paid to repair and am still pending repairs on personally. (Dents,scratches,broken bumper tabs)

I have had them work on 2 vehicles. Both looked brand new when I got them back. Even fixed a few minor scratches and dings that were not on original accident and did not charge for them. Friendly staff, would highly recommend.

I managed to put a small puncture and a huge dent in the side of my almost-new, beautiful truck. Extreme Twist patched and sculpted it so it looks better than when I first purchased it. They did it for less than the quoted price. They were also flexible with me when I had scheduling difficulties. They say they treat their customers like family, and this was certainly my experience! They do first-rate work and are upfront and kind. Highly recommended!

Good work and they detailed the car. But I asked them to buff a small area while they had it in the shop, they forgot, and they wanted to charge me a huge amount, even though it would’ve been much easier and cheaper if they’d remembered to do it as agreed. They’re busy and just didn’t care.

Use CAUTION when taking your vehicle there. I took my vehicle there over a year ago and they dont want to take ownership of the damages they caused while in thier care. If this matter is not rectified the only option i have is to resort to legal matters.Services: Painting

This was the worst experience ever. I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. The work was done well but the communication was out of this world terrible. They said my car would be done in two weeks, that turned into two months. When I would call I constantly was left with a “we will call you back” and they never did. I literally called four times within four days at one point to see the status on my car, and still was left with a hopeless “we will have to call you back, so sorry”. Consumers are paying top dollar for your services, money that we work hard for, and you’re working on our $14,000+ dollar investment, the least you can do is improve on your communication skills.Service: Body & Trim

Honesty they did a good job on the outside repair , but as far as the inside my display screen was perfect before taking it in not a single scratch and they used some sort of cleaner and messed it up or scratched it . I contacted them they told me to come in for me just to talk to the adjuster for him to look at me like a joke so I don’t recommend this business also there paint doesn’t last not even 2 months and it’s already chippingService: Body & Trim

Extreme Twist Collision. Awful place to do business. I had a car issue, i discussed possible fixes with the staff. There was a high one and a lower cost one. I asked for estimates on both of them. He returned with only the high estimate. OK, I was suspicious, but like any good salesman, he talked me into it. We agreed and I made a deposit. Later that night I was having 2nd thoughts. I began to write an email explaining my preferences and sent it the next day. I also called that afternoon, or the next day; too bad: the voice mail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Suspicion #2: what business has a full mail box? The next week I called again, and a staff person looked at me email and an invoice (between shop and supplier) attached to the job, He said it was only for a $100+ part and it appeared that the high priced method was not in play, and that it would be the simpler, lower priced repair method. I was relieved and waited for the appointed day for the repair. I discussed my concerns with the assessor (I forget the name of the position of the person) and said that the lower priced method was wanted and expected, just to be sure. He assured me that the car would be ready that day. Later I got a call from the original staff person saying that they already ordered the whole big part (a bumper cover) and that it was "mine" they won't return it.) By 4:30 pm I must have made four+- inquiries as to the status. For each call, I was asked to wait, to hold on, to expect a call back. And nothing happened. No response at all. What's going on, I asked the front desk. "Oh, let me run to the back again, and we'll see." Now, I just want my car back. So, reception did get back to me and said "Wednesday" (2 two days from now.) Apparently, they have discarded all my statements about what I wanted done and were doing the higher level job. My advice is never deal with this outfit, or ANY company that does not read your emails, and/or has a voice mail box that is full. You'll get stuck with who knows what problems. FNL

Extreme Twist recently stripped and repainted my car. Subaru paid for it as a warranty claim, so I figured they would just paint over the couple of door ding dents that I had accumulated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they fixed the door dings and a little dent by the windshield before repainting! They did not get paid extra for doing so. I could be wrong, but I suspect that lots of body shops would have left the dents and painted over them. My car looks brand new and I am thrilled! And their staff was so kind! I can't recommend Extreme Twist enough!Service: Painting

When my son bought his first car recently, it turned out it needed a lot of work... I took it to Extreme Twist, they were very professional and more affordable than any other place I've taken my vehicles to. Their technicians are excellent and so is their customer service, I very highly recommend them!

Hello yelpers, I'm giving these amazing collision experts a five star because they are wow magical!!! Today I picked up my 2022 Genesis GV80. They did not only repair it like new but also cleaned like it rolled out of the show room. They are very professional and really have their system together. I've taken my cars to Extreme twist for years and will recommend them forever... Thank you guys for your professional hard work!

These guys are real craftsmen. At the advice of the two truck driver we had our Honda Accord towed to Extreme. They finished the repairs to the crash on our left side doors in about three weeks. The paint job looks flawless. Their communication was excellent and workmanship was superior to anything I've ever experienced. We're happy customers.
