Bewear of this place. They messed up my lug bolts and tried to blame it on someone else. Obviously, they used the impact to put the lug nuts on but blamed the last person to put them on. I was the last one to take the rim off to check the breaks and put the lug nuts on by hand. They told me I couldn't prove anything. Now I have to have this professionally done as I dont have a 6 ton press. Will not use again.

Went in literally an hour before closing. Several guys sitting around on their phones. I asked for service that took another tire company 15min. They said I needed an appointment and they were booked for the next 6 days. Turning away customers that they can fill their remaining hours.

New reviewEdit: The manager of this garage called me today and apologized for what happened. He asked me to give them another chance. Because forgiveness is important I did. I arrived for my new appointment and they got right to work on my car. Seems like they did a great job so I am changing my rating based on this new experience. Thank youOld grumpy reviewI made an appointment for 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:40pm and checked in. After my car had been sitting in the garage with the hood up for an hour and a half I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be. He got nervous and went into the garage to "ask". He walked into the garage checked on my car. Grabbed an impact wrench and removed my tire. They hadn't even started working on my car. I asked him why they wasted my day and told him to give me my car back. There have got to be better garages in Santa Fe than this. Don't waste your whole day on this place.

Fast friendly service with accurate technical expertise in the middle of a snow storm. Nice TV and comfortable chairs in the waiting room with a clean restroom.
