I have been wearing Eddie Bauer clothes for many years. Recently ordered two pair of shorts. Two days later I received shipping confirmation and saw my shorts were being sent to the wrong address, not the address I entered on my order. I immediately contacted support via live chat. I was told they wouldn't redirect my package. I had to wait and hope it would get returned, otherwise I'm out $60 and my shorts. I emailed customer service two days ago, still haven't heard back from them. I'm done with Eddie Bauer. Will be purchasing my shorts and other running/biking clothes from Patagonia from now on.

A small, helpful Bauer Outlet packed to the gills with outdoor clothing and tempting deals. Surrounding Outlet Mall eerie and vacant.

Jim is an amazing and outstanding employee. He goes above and beyond to make the whole shopping experience a great one. He always has a smile on his face. Jim also helped us out when we could not fit our outdoor chairs that we purchased in our vehicle Jim volunteered to meet us in albuquerque on his way home, asking for nothing in return. This is what true customer service is all about. Thanks Jim for being a great person. Everyone should strive to be this great.

I have shopped here 4 times in the last 5 months and the service has always been A+. As with all outlets, and probably pandemic related, they don't always have all sizes available - but they always check the stock in back or stoop down and help rifle through the stack. I wish the prices were a tad lower.

Extremely rude. Would not return a defective product and made up Eddie Bauer rules that didn't exist as an excuse. When asked to see the policy they refused to show proof.Would give zero stars if I could. Don't give this store your business.

One of the few stores left in the factory outlet building. It's a deserted outlet with just a handful of shops remaining.Their merchandise was disappointing. Won't go there again.
