This is the greatest place - so many of my fav things! “Wave” instantly found the perfect turquoise earrings to match a bracelet of mine. The next day, I brought in a ring that had a cracked and damaged opal. Not only did he help me select a gorgeous new opal for it, he made a pair of opal earrings with the part that was left over after repairing my ring. I am so pleased with the excellent work and timely service. Earthfire Gems is my New Favorite Jeweler! Thank You!

I brought my ring in to see if it could be repaired. It had several missing stones and a broken band. Wave looked at my ring and told me he could definitely repair the damage. He replaced the small intricate stones and repaired the broken band. It looks beautiful. I had it back on my finger just a few days later. Thank you Wave!

Terrible customer service! Extremely Rude Owner/Manager! My boyfriend and I went in to try and See if they were interested in buying a ring, while we were downtown town and we have never been treated so rude by anyone in this service industry. The lady is outrageously disrespectful and rude to customers especially the owner Tom, he was so disrespectful and so Rude spend your money and time going somewhere else where they treat you better and not so pricey and care more about their customers.

Loved the different crystals and jewelry. Very inviting atmosphere. They have a layaway plan, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner was very pleasant and introduced himself promptly.

Excellent service and wide selection of items at various price points. I was looking for a particular turquoise necklace and needed assistance. Wave took the time to listen to my description and was able to get me what I was looking for. Great experience all around and highly recommend stopping in.
