I recently purchased a beautiful ring from Diva Diamonds and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality of the diamonds is exceptional and the craftsmanship of the necklace is top-notch. I've received so many compliments on it already. Best High End Jewelry Store in Santa Fe! It is absolutely beautiful inside! The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous! It makes you want to buy everything in the store! I would definitely give a 10/10. Amazing staff, Thank you Natalie for helping us find my gorgeous wedding ring! ? I will forever be grateful! Diamonds are a ladies best friend! Cant wait to come back and shop again.

My usual go to is Gold House. On the rare occasion they don't have it this is my second stop. It's ok - they're in the same family, offerings are different. Entering this store brings you into a store seemingly out of place here. It would look more at home in places like Dallas, Houston, Beverly Hills, very upscale. A great selection of higher end watches and jewelry. The inventory here is quality at a much different price point. But I found what I needed at a nice price. It was a good experience - but one I expected.

I was shocked how bad my experience was at this store. I walked in behind another couple to see 3 employees looking at their personal phones. one looked up to greet the other couple and the other two continued to look at their phones and not speak to me. i waited patiently. finally, one employee looked up, clearly disinterested in helping and asked what he could do. i needed 2 links (that I have in hand) put back into my tag heuer watch. I collect watches, rolex, AP, etc and I'm familiar with what this should cost-$5-$20. Guess what this employee quoted me? $200. I clarified, $20 or $200? he repeated *twenty* dollars. This is just plain offensive. I do not recommend dealing with this kind of business and highly encourage you not to. businesses like this hurt the reputation of santa fe businesses. Oh, and I drove 5 min away and had it done while I waited for get this..free.

Rude dealer, waste of time. He was demanding (not asking) 17k for a 11k Rolex. Its one thing to state there is no negotiating but after showing him other sources where you can buy the same watch for a fraction of the cost he argued then said f**k you as we walked out. You can get other comparable jewelry for the fraction of the cost and having a better experience. Do NOT shop here.

Definitely some of the rudest people I have met. Felt more like a shake down then a jewelry store. Ive gone to a lot of jewelry stores and never been treated that way.

Owner did a great job understanding a mans right to photo and video in public which also included the store front of the business which is clearly on display in the front windows along the sidewalk. He invited Jason and his son in to have a cordial conversation and the experience for both and appeared to objective between the two.
