“We came to visit Santa Fe from Southern coast of Texas. We did not anticipate a blizzard that happened while we were there. We headed to Ross and bought snow jackets, gloves, hats, and more. For a family of four we spent under $500 on all of that. The only issue with Ross is one employee working and very very long lines. But she was nice, not impatient, and friendly. One of the jackets, a Calvin Klein, red down ski jacket, had a funky zipper. We had taken the tags off, but returned it the next day with a receipt, and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Appreciated the easy return policy.”

Always hustling, friendly, responsive, and has a big smile on her face when she gets to my car. She has that sort of work ethic that we rarely see these days. LOVE HER! Get that woman a raise!”

The seconds asked about it, the woman at customer service checked right away and pulled it right out of the drawer. So many stores and store employees could have just tossed it in the trash, but they saved it for me and they had a good system for holding it and locating it instantly. Retail/ customer service is a difficult job any time of year, but especially days before Christmas. So, I am very grateful that the employees made the effort to hold it for me. They also had a copy of the switch game that we were looking for that had sold out at other stores.”

“I visited this location on Nov. 4 th (Santa Fe , NM) withmy daughter. She purchased a couch for $1000 and paid cash. She told them she would pick it up the next day .When she went to pick it up after borrowing a truck from a friend, they could only find half of it!!!She told them she would be back on Tuesday for the other half. She had rented a U-Haul to move other things to a house she was moving into and when she went to pick it up with the UHaul, they still couldn’t find the other half!!!! She called again on Sunday and she was told it was ready to pick up but when they checked right before they were going to pick it up, she was told by someone else that it was not there! The issue is finally resolved on Nov 13. My daughter spent countless hours of her time, the time of people who are willing to help her, not to mention the money, spent on gas, and going back-and-forth, only to be told different things by different people.I met the manager and our initial visit and mentioned to her how impressed I was with the appearance of the store and how well it was organized. She asked me to please write a review because most people only write a review when they’re pissed I had started to write a glowing review before all of this happened. Unfortunately, now I am writing a review, because I am pissed at the poor organization and lack of being able to find the other half of a couch. Seriously that was just a fiasco. I am also blown away with the fact that she was not offered any kind of compensation, or anything for the total incompetence of this business!!!UPDATESusan called and made things right with my daughter by giving her a 20% refund on her purchase. Also 20% off rug purchase. Thank you Susan!”

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Kohl’s department store in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I want to commend two exceptional employees: Stephanie and Carmen.
**Stephanie (Cashier)**
Stephanie was incredibly efficient and friendly during the checkout process. She greeted me with a warm smile and handled my transactions swiftly, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long. Stephanie’s attention to detail was evident as she carefully scanned my items and applied the appropriate discounts and promotions. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my shopping experience delightful.
**Carmen (Sales Associate)**
Carmen was extremely helpful on the sales floor. When I needed assistance finding specific items, she went out of her way to guide me through the store and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. Carmen's knowledge of the store layout and the products was impressive, and her friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Both Stephanie and Carmen exemplify excellent customer service, and they contributed to making my visit to Kohl’s a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great service and a friendly shopping atmosphere.
