I love that this shop carries brands I'd normally find in a larger city. I've been in a few times and decided today that I wouldn't be going anymore. The service is always cold and you feel like you're walking on eggshells. The owner is not welcoming to clients and the employees take this as the standard and follow suit. Yes, the clothes are cute and tempting, but I'd rather shop online at Neiman Marcus or just wait until I'm in a big city. Bad service is something I have zero tolerance for!

I came here to find a dress to wear to my court house wedding. Whoever was working the front was rude. Made a remark about what she thought my size was, then spent a long time on a personal phone call. As I was leaving my daughter waved and said bye. Her response was anything but friendly. Just a weird experience in general. I had 2k to spend on clothes & accessories. I went to Uli’s right after and had an amazing experience. I wanted to like this place and get a dress here but it’s not worth it. I’m never going back.

Very disappointed by the arrogant and dismissive staff. When my girlfriends come for weekend hiking and shopping this will not be on the list.

As a person who grew up in New York I am used to the best of the best when it comes to shopping and boutiques. So on my trip to Santa Fe I was astonished when I finally got to a store that was so unique and hip. Even stores in New York that I am a regular at could not compare to the friendly management and employees as well as the fine selection of clothing. But what really made this a 5 star review was the honesty I got from the owner about the outfits I was trying on. Rather then trying to sell me on everything she gave me great advice and I was able to walk away with beautiful clothing. Thank you!!!!!!!

I am not the type to purchase expensive clothes, just because that is not me but my friends all like to go shopping at these very expensive and fancy places. So whenever they do I feel a little bit out of place and uncomfortable but at Daniellas the owner went out of her way to help me pick out clothes on the sale rack that were just wonderful and she made me feel like I was a big time shopper. I must have walked out of there with a whole new closet. Thank you so much and I will be back soon. I advise shoppers to go down there.

Living in Santa Fe is tough if you like to dress fashion forward. This is mainly due to the lack of shopping opt. Enter Daniella clothing located conveniently in the railyard district right next to REI. I Love the store! The selection is perfect for Santa Fe, great casual or dressy denim. Perfect for shopping for any tourist or local. I can always find great options for my daily life or if i have a special occasion .

I purchased an expensive Christmas gift for my partner. I was very specific that I wanted her to be able to return it if it did not fit. The salesperson said no problem. It did not fit, and when my partner tried to return it in January, they said it had to be done before the end of December, or perhaps within ten days after Christmas. There was apparently a fine print entry in the sales receipt that said that. I was very disappointed, and posted an unhappy review. The store owner/manager immediately responded to the review and said that if we would return to the store, they would make it right. We did, and they did. We were able to exchange the item for other items, and even spent more money on additional purchases. I am completely happy with the professional way they resolved this issue, and I will shop there again.
