The pharmacist is an absolute disaster. Impossible to communicate with, totally irresponsibl, angry and indifferent to serious medical issues as well as discriminatory towards the elderly.

I would give a "zero star" if that option existed. The attending person at the pharmacy section (drop off window) has serious attitude issues, is very rude and utterly not geared for customer service. She is argumentative and does not listen to what the customer says. It seems that serving a customer is a bother for her, thus she might be better served to work in a section without direct customer contact. I saw her name on her name tag, but am not revealing it on this review, but am sure that her superiors are aware of who it is referred to. The other staff at CVS and the check out counter and elsewhere in the store are very kind and helpful - a huge contrast to the person at the pharmacy's drop off window.

Don't go here at night, they will be closed. Despite having posted business hours outside the store and online that say they are open until 10 pm, I've been here twice after 8 pm and they were locked up, they randomly lock up early. The cashier at the grocery store next door mentioned the CVS employees lock the front doors whenever they want even though they are paid to be there until closing. If you need something late at night Walgreens is more reliable - when I tried, Walgreens has been open at night, following their own posted business hours.

Absolutely horrible, the negative treatment by those working in the pharmacy do not follow heathcare standards. It's also filthy.2 Rx by 2 different physicians was called in, they say it wasn't. They fumble everything, look at other poor reviews, spot on.Choose another pharmacy that cares.

I went in on 9/29/23 at 1:35 pm looking for Sudafed. There were three pharmacists behind the desk, two ladies and one gentleman. They were closed between 1:30 - 2:00. No problem - I understand and respected that. However, when I asked them what area would open - the gentleman said all the windows would lift. They clearly heard me talk to the person who was with me for 25 MINUTES about how I would patiently wait for them to open to buy Sudafed. I waited and waited and even bought Day Quil to take in the meantime. I was first in line when they opened, then they made me move to another area - with a line of FIVE people now in front of me.The lady who was older (white) and had white/extremely light blonde hair in a ponytail, taller, was extremely rude and told me to move to the other line and then said some back-handed comment that was uncalled for after I had been patiently waiting and quite nice. After now waiting even longer (even though I was the first AND they knew why I was in the line) they tried to make me pay for the Day Quil again (this time it was the Hispanic looking lady). That and I told her I wanted the 24-hour Sudafed and she gave me the 4 pills/day that last 4-6 hours. It's 10/2/23 and I am still greatly disappointed in my experience with this pharmacy. I felt ALL the pharmacists were terrible, especially when someone (myself) was in great pain and feeling very ill. It honestly made the experience worse. I think the manager of the pharmacy should coach them in their customer service. Hopefully, it isn't one of them that's it - because they could use some empathy and professional development/growth.With that all said, the cashier at the front, Alex, was outstanding and listened to my requests and even helped me identify which Sudafed I was looking for. If anything, all the pharmacists from that day could learn a thing or two from him.

Why are some of the people who work at the pharmacy so dang miserable? Maybe they are underpaid or overworked?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been using this pharmacy off and on for some years, but I will not be going back. The staff, including some of the pharmacists, are angry, rude, and defensive. They are also unaware of their own policies, so you get different answers every time. When you try to reconcile them and/or try to give constructive feedback, they get very angry and rude. Terrible service!

horribly understaffed and poorly staffed. i waited at the cash register for five minutes, with nary an employee in sight. when a cashier finally moseyed up towards the counter, instead of attending to the line that had formed behind me behind the register, she went to the self-checkout register to offer support to the woman who was using that. minutes later, she - FINALLY - got behind the register, only to tell me that she couldn't help me. i phoned the manager later that afternoon, and waited for more than 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. when i called back, he told me that i was wrong, that the cashier had been on the floor helping people the whole time, and then asked why i had wanted to speak to him in the first place. look, we know where this is going. they are denying us customer service, denying us timely check-out support as part of their transhumanist. digital agenda, while hiring unqualified "managers" to defend their subpar service. it's fine. i'll take my business elsewhere. this plan only works if we continue to give them our business.

The CVS Pharmacy staff tends to be very dismissive and rude to customers. I am speaking about how I've been treated, as well as how they treat other customers when I've witnessed those interactions. From the pharmacist to the two older women who work in the pharmacy, they are all very rude, unprofessional, and consistently cranky regardless of the time of day. They are also less than helpful and often tend to do the bare minimum to assist customers. The store manager on duty this evening (5/23/23) at 7:15 p.m. was also very rude and condescending when I was following up on my purchase. He went so far as to walk away when I was still speaking to him, and he did so in front of one of his employees who was at the front store register. He is not at all modeling the behavior that is expected of someone in a management or leadership position.I've been a longtime CVS customer, but after the many frustrating and frankly unprofessional interactions that I've had with the pharmacy and management staff, I'm switching over to Walgreen's with the hope that it's a better experience.

Was scammed now for 2nd time by Cashier who without my knowledge or permission, signed me up for CVS Carepass. She never said anything about what she did. I would not have known at all except she linked it to my regular CVS card & I got an email 20 minutes later saying Thanks for joining. Also my debit card I used to pay for my things - was charged $5.42 immediately which is the monthly fee & tax. I called the manager & also CVS Carepass # & that person said he wouldn't refund anything since I was given the discount. I thought I was given my coupon discounts that were on my regular CVS card - not getting signed up for a monthly subscription. My bank says I have to wait until the $5.42 charge goes thru & then I can dispute for Fraud (it was) but then they shut down my debit card entirely & I have to wait 7-10 days for a new card. This is something that is widespread especially with Seniors. I however, am very connected to my email accounts & texts and noticed within 30 minutes of leaving the store today. Be very Careful of the cashier that is way too nice & calls everyone "Sweetie or Sweetheart!" She is the one that has done it 2 times to us - myself & my husband. Scam for sure!

The pharmacist is simply venomous in his interactions with customers. Worth driving a few minutes to any other pharmacy in town.

Person working cashier at the register was about as rude as anyone I’ve come across in the last ten years. Seems like a poor choice to put her in that particular job.
