DO NOT buy from here until you have done your research! The markup is outrageous! And they have a "no return" policy.To be clear - I love the blanket I purchased! The person who helped me with it was so friendly and personable.The twin sized (robe) Pendleton blanket I purchased was priced at $375. Since I have purchased quite a few over the years "I assumed" (you know where that got me) that pricing is similar at other places (my experience tells me this is somewhat true) - not the case here.... I can purchase the same blanket and size through Pendleton- Dillard's - Amazon - and numerous other vendors for $269!!!!!!!!!! (Regular price)Due to their no return policy, I cannot return it - so I got scammed and learned a lesson!BUYER BEWARE!!!!

For Holly from HNL. 8 adults and 6 "kids". I would think you might think twice bringing in 14 people to a high end Santa Fe store, and one eating his ice cream in a "cup." Santa Fe is not Waimanalo or Waianae. No wonder the staff was a bit concerned. Come on think about it, 14 people; that's more than a football team. Your herd would likely make other customers very uncomfortable. It would be enough for them to leave, and others to look in and look right out! Jerry from Hawaii Kai, so much for Aloha.

Beautiful store. Beautiful amazing furniture. We have purchased items from this store and were very happy with the staff and owner. The quality and beauty of our tables was very well worth the price.Every time we go to Santa Fe we go in the store to see what's new. Browsing in the store is a great experience in itself.

My family walked into the store and my parents were looking at furniture nothing crazy. We had 6 kids with us the youngest being 11. The kids were being really good just following the adults around the store. There was an employee who just gasps and says "oh my, let me just get him a napkin, I am sorry." I was confused. She was freaking out that my family had kids in there. The one eating a CUP not cone but CUP, half full of ice cream is 15! (He admittedly looks younger). However her behavior and dirty looks was absolutely uncalled for. She was seriously about ready to have a nervous breakdown because my teens had ice cream in her store. It was almost like a Pretty Woman moment with my family in a furniture store. We immediately all just left. I would recommend if you want to be treated like garbage please by all means go in, but we found other nice furniture stores that didn't treat me and my kids like crap. Literally it was 6 kids with 8 adults, no one unsupervised. Terrible experience, if you go in... good luck. Just a suggestion cowboys & Indians, if you don't want ice cream in your store put a sign up asking to not bring food in. You had signs that said no pictures??

The customer service is not important to anyone at the store we dealt with 3 people including a man who claimed that he was the owner 1 they took for every to order almost $6.000 worth of chairs. We had to repeatedly call to get updates and most times no return call from some man who was a family member Then a woman took over contacting use with useless texts about the chairs were in the warehouse and she would send pictures but she never did My guess is that the store was successful when it was run by the founder they have pretty stuff very very overpriced
