“BRING YOUR PASSWORDS. When I fried my MacBook Air Monday (crumbs in the keyboard—eschew Triscuits while working) I called AppleCore because it was open late and it had good reviews. Daniel told me to bring it down at 1:00 Tuesday. I was there, showed him that the only key that worked was Z, told him I had a Saturday editing deadline. He gave me an estimate of what needed to be done, called Wednesday to say my Air was toast but if I wanted, he had a 15” he could replace it with. I said yes. He cloned my new computer. We are very pleased with the work, how quickly the job was done, and top quality of parts. We took our laptop in due to a broken USB jack, and it was done in less than 2 hours! You can bet we'll be bringing our other laptops in for service as well and give this local business the business it deserves. “I was looking for two chairs for my parents. They were specific for what they wanted. I ordered them online and somehow Home Depot online got it incorrect and this particular store didn’t even have the chairs in stock. The manager Charles was awesome! When I spoke with him, he actually went to the other store, picked them up and had them assembled for my parents. he went above and beyond and his customer service skills are amazing.”
