Not sure what the hype is. Food/baked goods were just OK. Nothing to write home about. Service was very slow (30+ mins to receive food ordered). Almost longer than the wait time for a table (45 min for party of 4 on a busy day). We never received the complimentary bread basket but saw other tables with it. The French bread set we did order arrived cold (w/ cold butter) and we had to ask for it to be reheated.

Food is fine (not good enough to return). It's not French food by any means. They don't even use the imported French butter. Service is lacking. Everyone is polite but our server dodged us twice before taking our order. Then he got the order wrong. Bakery staff was great. Madeline was good. Wait is very long. 2 stars for the non French food and 1 star for the good gossip we overheard because that's just how close the tables are.

Definitely a must go when visiting Santa Fe. It was busy on a Monday afternoon and our server must have put in 10,000 steps just in the time we were there. Very appreciated when the service industry is tough. Fantastic ambiance and delicious food at very reasonable pricing.

We were in town for just three days and we ended up at Clafoutis two of the days. The first day we needed a quick breakfast and their green chile potato quiche was great. The other pastries looked good so we picked up a few to try (a madeleine and a chocolate covered meringue). Normally I'm not a meringue fan but this one won me over. Looking forward to when our house is built so we can be regulars!

The breakfasts were so delicious that we had to hit it twice while visiting Santa Fe. Both mornings I had the special, a pistachio latte topped with whipped cream and crushed, salted pistachios. Heavenly!! Try their famous coconut French toast stuffed with oodles of fresh fruit. Don't pass on one of the omelets. Like any French bakery, the pastry choices are endless. There may be a line when you arrive, but it moves quickly.

Great staff, prompt service, and excellent food, drinks.....oh, and the pastries! It is a smaller place, but has seating outside as well.

A real baguette is hard to find. They make them daily. The quiche was also excellent.

We travel from Albuequerqe to Chama quite often. We stop by here as often as we can. It is one of our favorite breakfast/lunch establishments in New Mexico. If you like Frecnch bistros and amazing pastries you will not be disapointed.

Food was fabulous. Presentation was beautiful and I appreciated the environmentally friendly containers that my Country plate came in. That pate'!

Bit of. Wit but worth it. They need a pastry flight.

It was so good! I loved my quiche Lorraine. It came with a side salad, and it was a super large portion size. They had a lot of menu options. I also recommend the orange juice. It comes with an actual orange on the side of it. It was busy and it had a cute atmosphere. The pastries were amazing too.

We went in on a Tuesday for lunch. We were sat in 10 minutes. The wait staff was unfriendly. He did not introduce himself. We were not greeted by him other than are you ready to order. During our meal we flagged him twice for a coffee refill. And we received just one coffee refill. We ordered cold brew initially which we were told they were out of. We ordered a pastry. It was old and stale. The pastry was not fluffy and flaky. Instead it was gummy. The custard was inedible. It was congealed with a thin crust on it. My sandwich was poorly made. Wilted greens and a baguette that was so hard it could not be bitten into. My husband had crepes that he stated were fine. A little cold but edible. This place has such great reviews and we were excited to visit. But it was like being excited for a Christmas gift and getting socks. We will not be back. And I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Good bakery and proper crepes available too. Nice place to eat, as one wall can open to give open air dining to all present.
