So we have been coming here for years as well as the one in Taos!!! Additionally we have spent thousands here!!! Always such great service with friendly energy…even time we go we are offered a sample chocolate sometimes we except because of that we have ended up buying chocolate for family and friends… Today in Santa Fe we made a small purchase under $200.00 and asked for one sample chocolate a specific one and we were refused!!! Maybe there’s a minimum purchase in order to receive a piece of chocolate.. after some back and forth she gave it to my wife but Really???? Not the service we are accustomed to here… actually after we left we decided not going back to that location ever!!!

Beautiful shop with luxury cashmere and hand crafted, dreamy chocolates. Indulged in a lemon cream...heavenly.

Popped in as I was waiting for my coffee next door. Grabbed some really cute earrings. The shop is small but definitely some cute earrings and other small, gift able goods. The chocolates looked beautiful too!

Upon entry, the store is seemingly nice. However, the customer service was terrible. When we were finally helped with getting chocolate, we were not asked what size we wanted and were given a small box. When we said that we would prefer the larger box, the store associate audibly scoffed at us. When getting the chocolate for us, she continued to speak over us to someone who must come in the store frequently while helping us get the chocolate. When checking out, she again spoke with the other customers and didn’t even allow for us to get to the counter to pay due to chatting with the other person that came in. Definitely would not recommend if this their standard of customer service. The chocolate was very good though.

Ordered 44 pieces for a birthday gift. All presented beautifully and delivered as promised. I believe she will ask for a visual guide to flavors as we know anticipation is often half the pleasure. Is one available?

Highly recommended for highest grade cashmere items. Many colors and sometimes styles change seasonally. Great customer service and very pleasant shopping.

Chocolate and cashmere - both luxurious and at their best if made with high quality raw material. The store definitely accomplishes! I was impressed with the variety of choices in the cashmere and thought the prices were about right for the quality. I admired the beautiful chocolates and felt sad I wasn’t buying that day! Excellent, cheerful service - plus I did get to sample a chocolate, a generous gift as I left the store.

This was a cute shop, but definitely marketed towards a different audience than me. Tourists would enjoy this shop. I ordered a tea and had a milk alternative, but there wasn't a clear list of what they are available and should be posted more clearly along with the menu. Cute names are fun, but when you aren't familiar with the offerings it can be hard to determine what you are ordering. The baristas weren't nearly as friendly as I would've hoped but the person running the chocolate side was wonderfully helpful, cheerful, and informative.

Cute shop with beautiful clothing products and decadent chocolate truffles. My friend and I dropped into this store because we thought it was cute and wanted to check some clothing out (they sell high quality cashmere there...check out their website!). But then...we also saw they also offered some truffles that were made by the store, too. So, we got 6 of them to try (about $3.5-$4 a piece...so not economical..but not too pricey either...for treats!). They actually seemed to have just good products in general. I ended up buying a chocolate bar that ended up coming from a local shop in SF Bay area..so I gave it to my SF friend so he could educate himself about a shop in his area and perhaps make it a visitor's visit when someone stops by for a visit Overall, great, cute store. Product may be a lil too high end for my budgets/typical spending in clothing categories..but hey..chocolate truffles...those I can afford!

The sales associate was very helpful. The chocolates were delicious & beautiful, but quite expensive. The cashmere is also very nice & we got some gloves as gifts. The prices for the cashmere is also a bit high from what I’ve seen elsewhere, but the quality seems good.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I was told by the sales person, the very expensive necklace I purchased from Cashmere and Chocolate was made of moldavite stone-- after getting my necklace appraised it was determined the necklace was made with kyanite, a cheap crystal. I called the store and was informed the manager would call me back to discuss my options. 1 week later, still waiting for that call.

I was visiting for the balloon festival this last weekend and walking around Santa Fe on our way out of town. Saw the store from across the street and thought how cute two of my favorite things. Unfortunately when walking in and describing how I thought the store would had such a unique and beautiful design, The two ladies stop their conversation. Look at me and look back at each other and go back to their conversation without a word. I worked in retail for over 15 years in cherry Creek here in Denver and I've never walked in a luxury shop and felt so immediately unwelcomed. So I Did a quick browse and left, apparently they didn't feel that need to work, just gossip. If you're going to have a luxury store with really high end items, it might be wise choice to find people with real retail background and working ethic.
