“I feel like people usually only leave bad reviews for rentals so I wanted to leave a good one. I booked a rental online, a very nice guy at the counter gave me keys, and I was on my way 5 min later.
This is a tiny airport and there are very few Ubers or Lyfts nearby so definitely recommend renting if you’re a traveler”
“Cannot praise Rachel enough. We had an issue with our existing hire car ( the boot lid failed and wouldn't open) and she gladly provided an exchange even though we originally hired it from Austin Texas. A few issues with the language as being English things don't necessarily mean the same to us but she was patient and professional and even helped us swap the huge pile of stuff we carry to the new car.”

“Rented a Sprinter van and the following week a 18 foot truck with a ramp to move a house full of furniture across town, etc. Reserve a vehicle on line and bring proof of insurance. Employees are friendly and responsive and we did not have to wait. Both vehicles were in good condition.”

They are #1. I recommend them100%.
After a really very bad experience with hertz and I swore I’d never rent a car again. But my car broke and I had to get a rental. This time it was through enterprise thankfully. They were kind, curious, professional and went above and beyond. They were not rude and everything went smoothly and fast like Hertz @ SF airport was so ridiculous. He even cussed at me, was rude and when he overcharged me, he refused to fix it and yelled at me like I was a child. He was beyond disrespectful.
But the Enterprise in Santa Fe on St Michael’s were the exact opposite! They changed my mind about using car rentals. The ENTERPRISE employees were great! When returning the car, they had a busy store and phones ringing like crazy. They managed to multi task between all their customers in a calm and professional manner. They were respectful and polite. I didn’t get yelled or cussed at with Enterprise.
One of the best parts was receiving my deposit back within 24 hours of returning the rental car. The rental car was a really really nice one. A 2024, car with lots of updated technology it was a very clean and nice car to have especially since I had it for 2 weeks. I recommend Enterprise in SF on St Michael’s for anyone’s car rental needs.”
