I went on my lunch break to get a new phone and there was a sign stating they have gone to the bank. I waited about 5 minutes then she got there so I got down. She locked the door behind her. I was outside looking in and she waved me to leave. I called twice after waiting outside and no answer. Then she put a sign saying closed and left.

The girls here always go above and beyond to help me. I come in with the simplest of problems(quite more frequently than I’d like to) and they’re both able to quickly help me and get me out the door within minutes . There’s usually always only one employee per shift which can have a bit of a wait sometimes since the location is usually packed, but both ladies are professional and helpful.

I would like to give more stars but the truth is that the service is lousy in Santa Fe. I went to pay for my service and waited several minutes because the one who works in that store was sitting in another room looking at her phone and she still came with a bad face to help me

I just went into this store today to get a $49 phone and $15 per month plan. I had scoped it out online and knew what I wanted. When I got there the young woman who was working told me that the store only had $50/month and $60/month plans. They didn't have anymore $15/month plans. I pointed out that they are just plans, not a physical object that they could run out of, and said that I would just go back home and order online. Suddenly she was able to give me the $15 plan. Then when I told her which phone I wanted, she said they had "just sold the last one" but they had another Galaxy phone that was just $10 more. So I agreed to get that one. She went to work on her computer and then told me "Okay, that will be $324.02." What??!! How does a $59 phone and a $15 plan add up to over $300? She replied that the phone was $249. I had shown her the phone that I originally wanted (on my phone screen) with the price of $49 and she told me this phone was only $10 more. But now she said those prices were only if I bought it online. I have no idea if that's true - couldn't find anywhere on the website that said that. But she had already lied to me about the plan, so I just assumed she was lying again. I told her that this is what's known as a "bait and switch." I left to come home and order online. So if you are going in to do business in the store on Airport Rd, be careful. They will try to rip you off.

Went in today (8-19-22) knowing exactly which phone and plan I wanted. The employee tried several types of bait and switch schemes. For example, when I said I wanted the $15 per month plan, she said they were "out" of them. How can you be out of a plan? It's not an actual physical item! She said they only had the $50 and $60 per month plans. When I started to leave she suddenly realized that she could get me the $15 plan after all. Hmmmm. Then she said the $49 phone I wanted was out too. The had just sold their last one. But they had a different phone that was just $10 more, so I said that was fine. She went to work getting things set up on the computer, then announced, " That will be $324.02." I asked how a $59 phone and a $15 plan could add up to over $300? She said the phone was only $59 online. In the store it cost $249. That's the point where I walked out the door. So be forewarned: they will try to rip you off!

I could share a long technical story about why after a 2 hour call Boost Mobile Tech Support instructed me to "just go to one of our stores instead--they will install your new SIM and will activate your phone and get you your number." Per those instructions, I called this Boost Store this morning and began conveying that I'd be coming by for the above reasons. A woman who did not give her name cut me off saying, "So that'll be between $12 and $35" for us to activate." I told her I'd been assured that since I'd already paid for my new Sim, this visit would be free. She grew MORE irritated and said, "Look, tech support ain't a store. We're a STORE." I said, well, I was told to come to your store, so when I get there, let's just call tech support together because I'm probably not explaining this right. We can sort it out that--" Before I could finish, she told me, "WE'RE A STORE! WE DON'T CALL TECH SUPPORT. THAT'S SOMETHING YOU DO." And then she hung up. She hung up. On a customer. After yelling at me for doing exactly what Boost Mobile Tech Support told me to do the night before. I see that there's a store manager who reads these comments on other review sites and replies to them. If you're serious about listening to these complaints, please reach out to me privately via email so we can have a productive chat about how that could have been better handled. I hope you're not just replying with empty platitudes. My addy is statatomic followed by the AT symbol followed by GMAIL (dot) COM. Still can't really believe this happened. I'm actively seeking out information on regional or corporate leadership so I can share this with them as well.

Horrible did not want to sell me the phone in store unless I payed them 50 activation fee. I said I already have an account and just need the phone I can place my own SIM card in and activate myself. They argued with me and would not sell me the phone from boost which they are representing. Worst experience and when I informed them they could not do that, she said its posted. Which it is not posted and they just said buy it online if you want just the phone. Bad business and scam your customers only kills your business in the long run. Thats fine make your money for the moment because the end is coming for people that burn people. Loyalty and honesty is what builds a relationship with clients for years to come. I cannot get back the time wasted from the store or writing this review so I hope this helps others not waste their time.

Social skills should be required in order to be hired at a customer service business. The girl refused service made me go all the way home to get info because she didn't enter the info I provided accurately. I came back complained about a wasted trip and the other employee didn't say a word to me. Not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

Very friendly and engaging but... DO NOT GO HERE!!!, Had everything I needed yet misleading information and I ended up paying for more than $50.00 worth if things I was told were " included". Deceptive and misleading. Charged me a "non-refundable" ( as I discovered on the reciept) fee to activate phone WITHOUT informing me of or informing me that I had the option of activating for free online . It wasn't until they rang me up that I learned this and by that time the employee had put on the " included" screen cover and the reciept- not the employee- said " non- refundable". BEWARE I got taken advantage of, Scammy place.

Called store (during 'rona quarantine) w/ new Boost phone. Activated, number given, prepaid, yet still phone failed to populate its own number or believe it was activated. My man Renee walked me through a bunch and then gave me tech support #. He tried hard which I appreciate~!
