I would not recommend this shop. I had some body work completed here through an insurance claim, and my insurance provider selected them. The staff was short and annoyed whenever I would call, and while I was there in person I heard them speak negatively of other customers calling to ask questions. They did not complete the body work in a timely manner. When it was "ready" and I went to pick up my car, multiple elements of the repair were incomplete. They overall had very poor attention to detail and little ability to plan ahead to order parts and complete work.
Additionally, I experienced issues with the elements of the car they repaired within 6 months. When I called to ask if it would be under warranty, they would not give me any substantial information regarding their warranty policy or if they would cover other facets of the repair (such as a rental car, covered originally by my insurance company--I would need a rental car since I do not live in Santa Fe). I ended up having a different shop fix their poor work for much cheaper than they offered.
A disappointing experience on all counts.

Took my 2019 Colorado ZR2 diesel in for a turbo problem. Vic was helpful with getting the extended warranty coverage for the work the turbo needed. In addition to the turbo, one of the rear shocks was leaking oil and needed replacement. Per a phone conversation, I was told the shock should be replaced in pairs and were $650 each. After 13 days of the truck sitting at the dealership it was finally done. The bill had the shocks costing $1295 EACH and I was sure is was an error. Nope not an error. These shocks are $550 to $650 all day long on the internet. I would have never approved of this given the disparity in the price. Talked to Vic, talked to his manager at length and the bottom line was you were told over the phone and that's the MRSP of the part. There's MRSP on vehicles and nobody pays that price, and the service manager said he was the last word in the discussion. When I asked the service manager why I wasn't sent an email with the work request and breakdown of the parts and labor with costs his reply was ,"nobody does that", and I explained it would have prevented this misunderstanding in the first place. My old shocks were gone. What a shame. Demand work orders and emails and agree to nothing less. CCoSF needs to step up they're game.

Purchased new 2022 Chevrolet Trax. Car had been damaged in transport, there service department proceeded to lose some of the parts and the back luggage cover. I was promised they would order replacement parts. That never happened. I'm stuck with this car, which was never fixed. It's been almost a year. Stay away from this dealership, their promises mean nothing to them. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the most crooked shop I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed nothing. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a "miscommunication" and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I'm left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa Fe.

I feel a bit conflicted in writing this review. On the one hand, I think I can understand some of the other reviews that may be seen as negative or derogatory. On the other hand, all of my experiences and interactions have been fantastically positive. I have purchased more than one vehicle from them and found the experience to be open, transparent and honest, with reasonably priced vehicles. My only complaint is the cost of their"paperwork fees". I know how much this paperwork actually costs and in my dealings, I have been able to have them reduce that fee to much more reasonable amount. I have also had my car in their body shop on a couple of occasions. I found those interactions to be positive as well. In both cases, the staff there were professional, competent, and through. The workmanship was better than expected and I found them to on top of what had to happen. I'm sorry to see a couple of negative reviews, and can certainly understand the frustration those reviews expressed. However, in my cases, that was not my experience. I have a very good opinion about their ability to provide vehicles at a reasonable price, and the body shop is top notch.

Part 2 of shoddy body work....Monday, 7.31.23 - Can anyone share who Chad, the Body Shop manager reports to?? Wife took car in a 2nd time to get body work done a car. The first thing he asked her,"What wrong with car?" Really, a trained professional asking a lay person "WHat's wrong with car?" He can't even look at it and tell. Something quite wrong. Chad went on to say, "Well, in these older cars (2013) you can't get them quite right.. And we might even bang it up some more if we have to do too much alignment." Is chad absolutely nuts? Other disrespectful things said. Unfortunately, Chad fit the stereotype of a BS Mgr. Can someone contact me? I'd like to come in and talk with Chad and GM or owner. Very, very unprofessional interaction Mr. Chad....The car should have never left your shop with unaligned panels and over spray paint on another panel with no clear coat. Shoddy work and now shoddy interaction... Cadillac Dealership - more like a buy here / pay here from our experience.

took my 2019 Silverado into get my brakes replaced. it took about 15-20 before anybody acknowledged me. the worst was a Robert Johnson he was incredibly rude and dismissive with every single one of my questions. I finally had to get another employee to help me. I had to take it back the next day because it was making a terrible scratching noise all over again.

I took my 2019 Dodge Ram to the collision center here and the staff there are excellent providing customer service. They had to replace my left side bed and the job they did was awesome looks like a brand new truck. I recommend going here for all your collision needs because I know you will more than satisfied

The brakes on my RV-towed Chevy Colorado froze up and completely destroyed the brake pads & wheels. Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe correctly diagnosed that and replaced brakes & wheels. However, they overlooked the brake system which allows me to tow the vehicle behind my RV. I paid them $2100 and the same thing occurred again in Espinoza - 25 miles. Their service Advisor was extremely efficientu& responsive. Yet when we returned to claim the truck, we had to wait an hour. They lost it. The new Dealer manager came to the huge lot & with the help of a couple of his hands, found it promptly. I later took the Colorado to a small mechanic business in Pagosa Springs. They did the same replacement Total charge? $1600. They also recommended that I have the brake controller checked out as that may have been the problem. Turns out that WAS the problem. I've already posted a review on them. So if you're near Pagosa Springs, needing brake work, read the ALL 5-star reviews on brake work. You'll find them.

Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe is as busy as all the shops we've used during the pandemic years. Parts can be hard to obtain, we've had long waits at most. Prices have gone up everywhere so this service shop's results are much appreciated. In June 2022 we took our SUV there for 95k mile service. The service manager Victor ticked all the OEM requirements for our SUV, reviewing everything from AC to tires, and pre-ordered parts. The cleaning/detailing was the best we've had in a long time. Car looks and feels almost like new.
