Well, after looking around in the refrigerators for about 15 minutes, no one came over to ask us if we needed help, so I went to the guy at the front and he said he's send someone over. A gentlemen came down our aisle, but honestly, maybe he was just passing through because he kept moving through the aisle as I greeted him...but I was talking at the same time about what we were looking for..as he passed me he turned around for a sec to hear me out. He didn't stop and listen very well though and he suggested a fridge that was wrong. When I explained to him he again he said to go online to find what I was looking for. It was great advice! I know I'm going to love my new refrigerator from HOME DEPOT!!!!

I went in to buy a landline for my parents. The selection they had was pretty limited. True, hardly anybody but the older generation uses them anymore but selling them in Santa Fe seems like it be a no brainer as the older set abounds here. Their return process was pretty easy when I had to bring something back however and the parking lot is pretty good..

Made appointment to repair phone screen. Stood in line with no one acknowledging me for 15 minutes. Front kiosk person was rude also. Never going back. Fixing screen in Albuquerque at Apple Store.

Went to purchase a new ROKU television and chose a 65” ROKU to replace our 5 year old one. The only one model in the Santa Fe store we wanted at the front of the store had a huge what appeared to be a forklift gash in the middle of the carton! We told the salespeople no way we would accept that one due to possible damage to the interior TV! So all parties agreed we would wait a week until BestBuy would deliver us an undamaged new ROKU television. When the delivery crew dropped off the expected television the following week as we began to open it after they left and to our utter disgust & amasement it was the same damn damaged ROKU carton we refused to accept in the front of the BestBuy store! TOTALLY NOT COOL bestbuy! Will inform the managerial staff and expect an apology ASAP!

Actually..you don't even deserve a one star! BUSINESS HAS A TELEPHONE THAT DIDPLAYS THE NUMBER BUT PHONE DOES NOT RING,?!?!?! IF YOU CAN'T BOTHER TO HAVE A WORKING NUMBER OR STAFF TO ANSWER WUESTIONS: THEN YOU'RE CERTAINLY NOT WORTH DRIVING OUT TO OR PURCHASING FROM. JUST SAYING.

Lost my receipt on the purchase of some beats fit pro. And I went to return them thankfully, the manager. There was able to find my purchase and refunded me the money for it. I was kind of worried. It wouldn't be able to be done and I was able to buy a pair of Galaxy Buds2 for $99. Happy me

WORST BUY in SF will not answer their phone. If patient enough to get past the robot you will be rerouted to someone in India who flunked their english as a second language class. Just go somewhere else - where they hire real people instead of robots and they answer their phones in store rather than rerouting overseas.

Horrible!, everything is locked up never anyone to help, a simple transaction takes 15 to 20 minutes. Staff not very knowledgeable.

If you need help with phones, IPads goto Synergy please. The Geek squad is a travesty. Make appts-get long wait times with a 15 minute appointment. Still have to keep going back. Synergy is where to go.
