I went in with what should have been an easy and quick request. Before even hearing what I needed, I was told I would have to go on the teller line, which was long, who can then look at schedules and see when I would be able to come back and speak with someone. This is not the first time I have had problems at this branch and I usually try to avoid it but it is the closest to my house and I was driving near. Of the BOA branches I have gone into, this is the worse.Total lack of customer service, consideration of my time, and focus on the client. The entire staff at this branch needs to be replaced.Followup: I called the BOA line and it took exactly 2 mins to get done what I needed over the phone. Why this could not have been done at the branch in like fashion, I have no idea.

If you want to be disrespected and treated like an idiot, this is the bank for you. If you want a bank that never answers their phones, go here. If you want no record or receipt of transactions, then please, visit this branch. What made my experience worse was the double teaming, threatening, ignorant, untrained, combative actions and words of their staff - and this is the woman in the back office who opens new accounts. I spent four hours in the branch trying to fix THEIR mistake. She actually said, "if I give you a letter documenting this, I'll get fired." THEY made a mistake and cost me four days of torture after being told I have to wait to get my life savings returned to me in TWO WEEKS after they closed my account without telling me. I then had to clear my credit report and fight with Chex Systems to fix THEIR MISTAKE. I was treated like a criminal because of their error. She was so adversarial and rude, it's unfathomable that she even works in the service industry at all. So I filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and BoA headquarters. I got a phone call within 48 hours from the FTC and my money fully returned to me by the next business day by BoA. Don't let their incompetence and arrogant demeanor bully you. If you can't go elsewhere, fight for yourself because they are either untrained or just bad at their jobs with horrible social skills and lack of professionalism....and then they asked if I'd like to reopen the account and deposit my money with them again. Seriously?!

All bank of America locations suck nowadays.. just 1 teller working .. always takes forever at every location from here to Albuquerque..closed my account and switched to a credit union
