In record time Jesse had the windshield replaced & all the sensors that needed to be calibrated set & ready to go.”
“So, we had rusted exhaust replaced on our 2006 motorhome at a diesel shop in Yuma in December 2023. Fast forward to August 2024 when I discovered that they reinstalled the muffler on the wrong side of the hanger bracket. As a result, the muffler was sitting directly against a molded plastic storage bay. It had melted the plastic and thank goodness we didn't have a fire climbing grades coming from phoenix to Santa Fe! So I contacted the amazing folks at Clark & Sons to explain my situation. Ernest told me to bring it over in the morning and they would see what they can do with it. When I arrived this morning he immediately looked at it, and after letting the exhaust and engine cool down, they got to it. After about two hours we were good to go. They unbolted all the hangers reversed them to the proper orientation and verified proper clearance from the cabinet. Their willingness to stop all that they were working on to get the out-of-towners taken care of cannot be more appreciated!! Thank you Clark & Sons!!”
“You really can't find better people or better service than they have at Mora's Auto Repair. We used them for years when we lived in Santa Fe, and I'm so glad they're still going strong!
We left Dallas with a slow leak in one tire (it only needed filled once a month, so we figured we'd be fine). After driving the 670 miles, it got a little worse. We called up our favorite local mechanics (Carlos and Carlos Jr. are so great!) and they said we could stop in any time. Turns out we had TWO nails in that same tire, and it needed replaced. They recommended a tire shop and said to bring it back for an alignment (because the tire shop doesn't do them), so I brought it back after getting a new pair. It did need alignment, and when I asked what I owed them, they just waved me out the door. And this isn't the first time they've done this, either.
So I'm just singing their praises on social media to give them some attention. If any of my Santa Fe friends are looking for a good auto shop, I ? recommend these guys!”

“I had the BMW dealer service center quote me an eye-watering price to replace a timing chain, and other related seals, gaskets, covers,etc. It's a component that is designed to last the life of the engine, so the repair is a substantial amount of labor in disassembly and reassembly.
Faced with paying a major portion of the car's value to get it fixed, I decided to get another estimate, and called Ians's garage. Theresa spent a good deal of time with me on the phone explaining the scope and extent of the repair, and provided an estimate that was ~33% less than what BMW had quoted. When I picked up my car, Ian brought me into the immaculate shop where he had the damaged/worn components laid out and spent a good deal of time explaining what he'd found and the work he had done, root causes of the failure, and future preventive measures. He is personable, and generous with his time in explaining details. He is impressively knowledgeable and conveys the kind of friendly, calm competence only found in true professionals. He's certainly earned my trust.
I have no ill will toward the dealer; they have always treated me fairly. But I'll be bringing my cars back to Ian and Theresa.”
“I needed a mechanic to throw a part I already had in my truck after my check engine light came on- this was on a Saturday morning with no notice whatsoever- and Eddie told me to stop by. I got there an hour before he closed and he was kind enough to not only put the part in but explain to me why the truck was throwing a code in the first place, and let me watch the install process.
