This is the ONLY friendly, professional consignment shop I’ve found. There is one downtown who made it clear she only cared about buyers NOT consigners, which I found incredible. Artifact makes it soooo easy and they are a delight to deal with.

I love this shop! Jennifer has helped me on the two occasions that I popped into ART.i.fact. She took such time and cares to find dresses and shoes for me, that worked!! And when I needed something special for an occasion with limited time to search. I’ll admit that I do not love shopping for clothes but here it’s fun! And Jennifer and the other staff members, are always
supportive, kind and honest while helping me find beautiful clothing and items that make me feel GREAT! I love coming in and just seeing what is new, interesting and colorful or classic. The stores has a bit of everything - all with style and tastefulness, a bit eccentric, sophisticated and yet easy to wear fashion. Considering that I do not like to shop, it’s a gem in Santa Fe for me!!

Don’t expect the staff to approach you with good customer service or even basic manners unless you are white and over 40.
REPLY: for clarification to the comment below- it’s not that I wasn’t seen or acknowledged, its the fact that both times I visited the store I was approached with hyper vigilance and inappropriate behavior from staff. I will not be visiting this store again and I will caution others in my community to do the same.

As a wardrobe stylist, I highly recommend Artifact for consigning your precious castaways. They not only have the best customers, they keep their consignors informed step of the way so you'll know when your item sells or your consignment period has ended.

Very selective, small but stacked ladies consignment store. More of the SF clothing vibe there but also things you could easily wear anywhere. Beautiful jewelry selection. I come here every time I am in town. The owners are really nice and they have pretty reasonable pricing.

High end, fair priced consignment that is worth checking out. I found some epic pieces both for myself and my beau - Gucci, Anna Sui, Eileen Fischer, so nice! Staff is friendly and approachable. I'll be back.

The shop owners should do some serious introspection about what it means to charge $400 for a Ralph Lauren jackets with stolen tribal designs at a place called artifact. So tone deaf. Great examples of cultural appropriation.

Shopping at Art.i.fact Consignment is a wonderful experience. The women working in the shop are kind & helpful. My mom & I both have found clothing and shoes that we are crazy about adding to our wardrobes. I highly recommend shopping at Art.i.fact Consignment. I live in Texas and when I am in Santa Fe, I always stop in Art.ifact to see if there is something special in my size.
